We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere were no fan or AC to cool it off. When we arrived it was 94 degrees outside and 94 degrees inside. Some of the windows didn't have screens so couldn't leave windows open to cool off without letting any bugs in. There was a TV with satellite but only 3 channels worked on the entire thing.
It was 3 bedroom and fit our whole family.

United StatesWe did not sleep real well as the top sheets seem too small for the beds. By the time you get two bodies under those sheets, Both sides are wide open to the cold air. I am sure they're the right size probably just cheap sheets. The furniture was not comfortable seating. Has, at one time, been nice but that was some time ago and many renters. The wood porch and back deck need a lot of TLC! There is a nest of yellow jackets nesting somewhere under the siding so it was not possible to enjoy the back deck except in the cold of the morning. The washing machine was broken. The housekeeper/manager came and got our laundry and delivered it back, some wet, some dry. We were taking a side trip very early the next morning and needed our clothes.
I loved the location. the kitchen was well supplied and clean. The layout of the house is very nice. The location of the bedrooms and the second bathroom was very convenient. Good communication with the owner Scott.

Everything it was very close to my brother's place in lapine which we didn't know at the time when I rented it his place was 900 feet away on next block my first time in lapine loved the deer in yards it was a very great time

We ended up driving back to Portland late at night because there was no other accommodation available in the region (even up to Redmond). Thanks to Booking.com for providing 100% refund
