United StatesCons: Did not like that the indoor pool is listed as "heated" when it was very cold, even after asking the staff. Upon arrival, we noticed there was mold in the shower. If I were to stay in Winston-Salem again, I would look for another hotel to stay at first.
Pros: Right in downtown, very walk-able area. Appreciated the clean exercise room w/lots of equipment. Top floor, roof-top dining area was nice.

Surprisingly, nice, especially for the economical price! Friendly staff, well updated facilities, very nice room and bath, comfy bed, well-equipped snack bar. Only noticed no hair dryer in bathroom.

United StatesBreakfast not offered for purchase until 7 was inconvenient for us. We had to physically go downstairs to get the sheets for the pullout bed because they were shortstaffed a bit.
Loved the chill rooftop bar, we were able to order nice drinks and food and enjoy the indoor and outdoor space. The lobby is spacious and filled with booths and charger spots for hanging out. Our room was fairly large too. Employees were friendly and went out of their way to makes us comfortable.

The room was large, quiet, and clean and parking was convenient. The bistro was a good option for grab and go. The location was a short drive to WFU and within walking distance of several coffee shops and good restaurants.

United StatesThe indoor pool was very cold and it got my kids sick. Also the breakfast buffet was understaffed, and there were a lot of guests so the staff could not attend to all the needs of the guest. But the staff had a very good attitude about everything and they handled it as best as they could.
The property was nice and clean and the rooms were really big and it’s very clean and the beds were very comfortable., the only thing is the pool is not heated and it gets very cold.

United Statesparking is $15 a night... yikes. also not in an attached garage, little bit of a walk to the hotel if you don't get a close/first floor spot. no free breakfast either which is always a bummer when you're paying $100+ a night for a room. those are my only complaints though!
super comfy bed and sofa! very nice bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries, love the mounted TV with the swivel so you can watch anywhere in the room. love the fire pit/alleyway area outside the lobby as well. staff was friendly and made check-in/check-out a breeze!
