    Upon checking the lady told us when and where we could swim... we found out later that the pool was closed down. The lobby needs coffee for guests that don't care for Starbucks

    The beds were comfortable. The room was a little tight.

    There was only one thing I didn’t like and that was that the housekeeping staff need to check the filters on the ac/heating unit a lot more than they do. The filters where very dirty and I cleaned them so the heater would Work properly

    It was very clean. Price was great. Staff was very friendly.

    It's very clean and comfortable there and I like the fact that it is close to cypress surgery center my disability daughter has to go there alot

    Place feels old. Needs to updating. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and furniture is dirty and tub is sinking in. Pricey for what you are paying for. Also, the door closes super slow which is a safety hazard especially for female travelers.

    I like the location and it is quiet for the most part.

    The value was lacking. We stayed in a King suite and the bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable, actually the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever stayed in. The pillows were fluffy but compressed to nothing; they offered no support. Kids were running up and down the halls well after 10pm with no intervention by management. There was no coffee available in the morning with the breakfast, without paying for it. Again, something I’ve not experienced before. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay on, so the room got hot then cold, then hot then cold, all night long. In addition to that, we had to hear the air conditioner cycle on and off all night long as well. The room itself was set up awkwardly. The TV was off to the side of the bed making it hard for both of us to enjoy. The bed itself should be placed in the middle of the room, with the TV at the foot of the bed. The TV also didn’t work well. The remote didn’t control the TV unless you pointed it specifically to a certain point and even then you had to push the buttons multiple times to get it to do anything. Overall, a very uncomfortable stay and a total disappointment.

    The location is great. The shower was incredible.

    The carpet in the hallway was VERY dirty. The bathroom floor had hair on it and in the corners when we arrived.

    The beds were comfortable.

    The key I got did not work when I got to my door. So I had to take all my things back to the front desk to get a key that worked. I get to my room later that evening and the TV does not work. So I called the front desk and the gentleman assigned me to a different room. That TV in the new room work either. I was very disappointed that no one could help or find your room that a TV worked in. when I stay somewhere, I want everything to work if I’m going to pay the price of a room.

    The WORST experience both hotel and booking.com

    We had reservations for a Queen 2 queen bed room for our family of 4. We had even included in our reservation that we would be arriving between 9 and 10 pm and booking.com sent an email saying that "special request" to check in late had been approved. After waiting at the front desk with no worker for about 20 minutes, someone came and checked us in without comment about any issues accommodating our reservation. We get to our room to find 1 king bed. For 4 people. I went down to change it and they said they literally did not have any double bed rooms left and the entire town was booked solid due to 3 different sporting events. We called booking.com who gave us even more of a runaround, blaming the hotel, telling me that they cant do anything but ultimately, after being on the phone with booking.com for 40 minutes, speaking with 2 people and being disconnected once, that they would try to get the hotel to make it right. The next morning we asked the front desk if there would possibly be any double rooms we could move into that night since we knew one of the events would be over by that night. He said he would have something after the checkout time. So the afternoon of the 2nd day they transferred us to a room like we reserved to begin with and had already paid for via booking.com. The next day, after we checked out of the hotel we received via email an invoice directly from the hotel showing we paid for the 2nd night AGAIN but this time directly to Courtyard Marriott. Keep in mind we stayed 2 nights and had already paid for those 2 nights through booking.com. Further recall that only 1 of those nights was in the room we paid for. I promptly called the hotel where I spoke to 2 more people. The 2nd person, even after I explained the ENTIRE situation again, got smart and said well it sounds like we only charged you for 1 night and we should have charged you for 2. I explained again that we had already paid for both nights through booking.

    Room was very, very cold, took hours to warm up. Staff brought extra blankets twice, but ridiculously cold

    There are no microwaves in the rooms so if you wanted to heat something up you had to go to the lobby, there isn't hairdryers in the rooms, and the pool was freezing cold so my 3 year old daughter was super upset that she couldn't go swimming, I mean the water was so cold her lips were turning purple after just 10 minutes

    The rooms were very clean and the staff was super nice and helpful
