My sister came with me and she drove her own car and she had to park in a parking garage far away from the hotel. When there was plenty of empty spots in the extra parking area across the street also u need to get a hot tub

The Cafe experience was ok. The staff was very busy in the mornings. The buffet selection was typical of a hotel, but items were often out of stock.

The front desk staff was very helpful. They made it clear what services would be provided and how. They answered all my questions and helped in any way they could.

Not having a microwave oven in the rooms. Kind of a first to see that. You have to go back and forth from your room to the hallway where one microwave was to warm your food. Not having access to hot water for making your tea or warm drinks with disturbing the front staff. You have to ask the front desk and they have to stop what they were doing to go fetch hot water. Probably there is a reason for this but the norm is for the rooms to have microwaves.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, early check-in. No issues.. love the location.

We was excited about a indoor pool, but we didn’t get to use it for it being so uncomfortably humid and hot in there, it was way to steamy like a sauna so my baby didn’t get to go swim in there which was very inconvenient!

It was a very convenient location, very clean, beds was comfortable! Great ocean view from balcony!

The fan in the bathroom was very loud, the bed was not made after the first night, and there was water dripping from the balcony above when I was sitting on the balcony and relaxing.

I like the king room, and the oceanfront view it was very nice.

The key to my room would not work and had to be swapped out every day of my stay.

The view was great from our room balcony to watch 4th of July fireworks and watch sunrise and just to sit and take in the ocean. People watching is fun too!

Breakfast buffet was a disappointment not to say a ripoff. The breakfast was of poor quality and lacking for the price. It is the type of food the two star hotels and motels offer for free.

Only thing I can think of was not having a microwave in the room. I guess I am use to that being a standard perk with hotels. The microwave is a community(floor) used microwave and the one on the second floor was being replaced so had to travel to the third floor to use. We had three items to warm up which caused a line for other guest.

Everyone was friendly from checkin to just asking questions, I never encountered a rude or displeased employee. They were helpful, informative and just friendly all around.

Room was average, but reasonably clean. Room rates are very high, and for that price, the daily breakfast should be included, (not $18 per person) and, for those prices, parking should be FREE< NOT $18 a day. It's a 3 star hotel with 4 star prices . Pillows were comfortable, but mattresses were uncomfortable, (need replacing).

Housekeeping is only every other day. Balcony is nice however with the AC just on the other side of the wall, it puts out a lot of heat for anyone sitting on that end

Construction in the lobby that was not mentioned during booking. Parking was extremely tight and we had to park across the street. Paid parking. One front desk attendant while not rude was a bit curt and doesn’t truly exhibit the customer service platform we’ve come to expect from Marriott.

Rooms very clean. Direct access to the beach. Well maintained property.

The only issue we had was our room key kept getting erased somehow. But they resolved it quickly every time. Also you have to pay for parking and I don't remember seeing that when I booked. But not a huge issue.

The views are breathtaking, staff was friendly. This hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of the strip so there are many stores and restaurants in walking distance. We loved our stay and might be going back next month!

That the parking in front filled up fast and had to walk to the parking garage and no microwave.
