Liked the pool and spa area with fire pit. Liked that you needed a key to use lobby restroom. Staff was very accommodating. Very welcoming

United StatesWe had a problem using the Netflix on our TV, the Wi-Fi is not strong enough and the beds are way too soft.
The location was good, the facilities are clean. We had a problem using Netflix on our TV. But that problem was resolved within 10 minutes after a call to the woman at the main desk. When I called the main desk, the woman said she will let the maintenance man know and get back to me. Less than two minutes later, she got back to me and said that the maintenance man was on break and it may take a half an hour, about 10 minutes later there was a knock on the door and the maintenance man was there. His name was Daniel and he fixed the problem in about 10 minutes by changing out something for the Wi-Fi. Everybody at this location is very nice and professional.

Facility was excellent 👌 almost perfect, only with the staff at the breakfast room. Name Nelia if I'm not mistaken.. She showed us attitude with no apparent reason.. I don't recommend having breakfast to the customer. She's always hiding at the back and can't talk to her if the customer needs help. !!!

The person did not greet once she arrived or smiled, I would have expected differently, furthermore more she didn't explain to me that I would be reimbursed via credit card until I asked. All said the checking person was great!
