Breakfast was expensive and very poor on the first day. No free coffee in the lobby. Hotel much too expensive for what it offers. Parking not free.

Swimmingpool was clean. Rooms were ok, many stores and restaurants nearby.

There were no amenities, no continental breakfast, no free movies, and no free parking, Every typical extra had to be paid for. while the room cost was well above another comparison hotels.

I loved the room(suite), the front desk staff, and that it was surrounded by good restaraunts.

This time we got a room that had a smell that seemed stagnant. I did ask for another room, and that was fine.

We have stayed here several times when my daughter has sports competitions. It is convenient, but its clean and comfortable. We like the Bistro for breakfast as well.

Wifi only works one device per room. Even the one device connected is slow and restricted. Have to pay for using decent quality internet.

The floors were filthy and my sweet on the third floor. Upon arrival the jetta tub was also filthy. As I arrived late I cleaned myself, which was no easy task.

I stayed 14 nights in Federal Way Aug 22 - Sep 5 I was visiting my family in Auburn. I did get to know one of the cleaners Carrie, who was exceptional. I did have someone siphoned gas out of my rental car which I found very unnerving Ashley, was gracious, and able to compensate me with waived parking fees, and a few free breakfasts. I thought the breakfasts were outrageously priced. Otherwise, overall I was very comfortable.

Breakafast was only available from 6-930. We would have preferred it to be until 10am. The avocado toast was not as good as it was last year. I think they are using a different kind of bread. We would have preferred sourdough.

Miss Ashley provided the best service I’ve had since precovid. We stayed near an Elevator and had no hot water the first night, but her pleasantness/kindness will have us returning if in the area. Good for you hiring exceptional staff.

Property was located in a convenient location to freeway, restaurants and shopping. Bistro had good food with a range of options.

Even after doing a "tushy test" on multiple beds, due to having back issues, the beds were absolutely horrible. I had better beds to sleep on during my vacation to Afghanistan for 14 months. The beds alone, would be the only reason for not staying at this hotel again.

The environment was very nice and clean. Staff was amazing and went well beyond our expectations.

There was a glitch in the communication between booking and the hotel. I paid, but they didn’t give me a room. I slept in my car, and I was still charged over $200.

The room was not clean. Upon entering, I noticed an old Cheeto on the floor in the main walkway and someone’s old, used Breathe Right nasal strip halfway stuck onto the wardrobe. The floors appeared to have not been vacuumed (which explains the Cheeto), and the table surfaces had visible, oily handprints and dirt. Additionally, the bedsheets had a couple small stains. Overall, pretty gross.

The staff was very friendly, and the property seemed to have good amenities.

Convenient location! Near the airport and also for The transit area where one can take a direct bus to downtown area. Great food choices ( Indian amazing restaurant ) around the hotel area is like a bonus. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. You have everything that you want in the room. It was more like a home instead of a hotel feel factor. Professional and friendly staff Daniel, Ashley, Michele excellent staff members We felt like home !
