A very minor complaint and not really the fault of the hotel, but we had requested rooms next to each other and were told they could honor this request when we booked the hotel several weeks prior to the stay, however my family ended up on different floors at almost opposite ends of the hotel. Thankfully, after the first night of our stay and after more rooms became available, they were able to move one of our rooms to the same floor and much closer to each other, which was very helpful.

Fantastic location right next to tons of dining, beautiful parks, and an easy trip to the city. It's in a very safe area, which was my number one concern when visiting Seattle and being unfamiliar with the area. Absolutely get the breakfast, as they made omelets to order, had eggs, bacon, sausage, tons of fresh fruit, french toast, and baked goods available. Rooms were clean, there was a Starbucks in the hotel, and a bar area with very friendly bartenders. There is a beautiful park (Bellevue Downtown Park) very close to the hotel with gorgeous fountains, great walking paths, and an amazing view of the city in the distance.

I was questioned about my complimentary breakfast. It was kinda embarrassing since it came with my stay package. The staff was still kind about it though.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very kind. Helped me with my parking questions and issues. Offered water and late checkout which worked out perfectly since I was dealing with my parking dilemma so early in the am.

The only issue I had was that the hide a bed had crumbs when we opened it, and the extra blankets were sticky.

parking was very difficult(spaces are tiny and only fit small compact cars), room was dated, no microwave in room, phone in room didn’t work, no one answers front desk when I called from my cell phone, was charged 2x as much as everyone else on our team room block because only a handful of rooms were given at that cost.

the property has seen a better day as we strongly think that it needs a major renovation especially it carries such a reputable name. The room we were in even had one of the light bulb not working. As for the air conditioning, it was really NOISY! We ended up had to turn off before we could go to sleep. staffs at the front were very nice and that’s a very good point.

we have the membership but the front desk person keep saying that don't know anything about the wifi and the password. that was very unprofessional . Honestly, no complaints.

The room was comfortable and very clean and the general facilities were nice. I didn't end up using the food options in the lobby, but the little shop was super useful when I needed to grab something on my way out the door. Would happily return to this hotel.
