The breakfast was very good. The scrambled eggs much better than other places I've stayed. Using the outdoor fire pit was a wonderful bonus. Relaxing on a beautiful night and reminiscing with my high school classmates was terrific!

The pool was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom and there was a note by the hot tub to say it has broken down “again”..

RIT parent so in town a lot & stayed at many locales. This hotel [also a few feet from a Marriott Residence hotel] is easy to get to from the highway and surrounded by dining options; has ample parking & noticed they also have electric car charging. 24hr free coffee/hot water in the lobby. Pool & hot tub too but wasn't there for that-took note for next time. Clean hallways and spacious & clean room with microwave & small fridge. No smells and no worn out carpeting and no beat up furniture. Very comfy bed. Bathroom was lovely with bath products & bright white towels. Great shower. Quiet location on 3rd floor. Wide and healthy choices at breakfast. Dining area kept clean and tidy. I can see staff & hotel are trying really hard to be more than an above average place to stay for their patrons. Please keep it so. Will definitely come back!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was super clean nicely decorated, a good location close to restaurants and easy to get on the roads we wanted to travel on. The breakfast was fantastic, with so many nice choices! The staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The gym is very tiny and has no weights. The pool needs cleaning. We passed by it and the water did not look clean. Regular Coffee in the lobby was empty two times we tried to get coffee but it was refilled promptly. The carpet in the room could have been cleaner.

Room was very spacious, beds were very comfortable. Loved the coffee station in the lobby and Melissa at the front desk was extremely helpful solving an issue with our reservation. The Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. My toddler loved the waffles and eggs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast area was mediocre. The coffee had no flavor, the utensils and food took long to be replaced (sometimes empty for some time before they get refilled). The tables felt sticky.

Room is good and clean, the young lady at the front desk who checked us in was very helpful.
