Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Lighting in bath needed to be brighter. The shower head didn’t move. Shower entry was limited and only where the shower head was located so not getting hair wet when entering was difficult. Lighting overall wasn’t good. Otherwise I loved the room and the modern finishes throughout the hotel. I would def stay there again

The property was clean and good breakfast, which is really important for our 14-year-old son being very active and playing baseball. Protein in the morning to be able to perform!

Very nice and clean at the check in. Room was clean. Heat was already on and since it was a chilly night it was perfect. I would stay here again. Great value.

United StatesThe shower did not have any options for adjusting the temperature and the intensity of the spray. The stopper in the sink did not work so I was not able to keep the sink filled while I shaved. We had other plans for breakfast. If I was going to eat there, I would have questioned paying extra to do so, however I do not know what was on the menu. My wife stayed there to visit family and observe Passover which restricts us from eating the usual foods. If the menu includes fare that is not the usual hotel food of cereal, scrambled eggs, muffins, pot-tarts, then the hotel may be justified to charge extra for breakfast.
We did not have breakfast at the Courtyard Marriott. I liked the layout of the room. It was easy to stay organized.
