Room was a nice size with a balcony

Kept seeing ants around the sink area

Pool and rooms are not properly clean

Staff was excellent. Comfortable bed in a quiet room with lots of pillows. Curtains closed all the way.

Many broken USB outlets, many loose AC outlets. Currently no in-house restaurant.

Pet friendly. Safe walking around the area. Updated decor

No luggage carts so had to make 2 trips on entry and departure. No hair dryer was a minor inconvenience. Had to get extra keys because the first 2 did not work

The front desk was very helpful and nice

The barista needs help. I waited long do I left and the next morning I heard someone say their eggs were cold and to reheat it And then another lady came up saying she’d waited a long time for her food.

Clean and accessible

We were charged twice for our stay. They cable wasn’t working so they comped our breakfast. Ordered breakfast and didn’t receive full order. Didn’t notice until we had already left.

Hi. I am usually given a handicapped accessible room, but this time I wasn't. I made the room work. The young man at the front desk was so helpful and friendly and the attendant who helped with my suitcase was helpful, but didn't say a word. I love the breakfast! I love the location! I love the hotel, with the exception of how dark the rooms are. Last week I was in a different city and stayed at the Fairfield Inn and it was a disaster. Your hotel has so much to offer, but it's way past time for the rooms to be updated!

The room was fine, but why don't you have adequate lighting in your rooms - they are so dark and depressing? The shower was walk-in so that worked, but there was no hook on the door for a wet towel. I was told by the owner quite awhile ago that they were going to update the rooms. I've been staying there 3-4 times a year for the last two years and I don't see any updating.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and had the great Marriott pillows I am very happy sleeping on. There was coffee available in the lobby with plenty of flavorings and other additives. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The fan in the shower area was very loud but not enough to spoil the stay....the shower head was older and partially plugged up causing it to spray in odd directions....

Warm swimming pool - WOW! Great!somewhat open during hours that worked Clean facilities. Bathroom spacious. Very comfortable. Balcony was nice

Heating/Air conditioning unit placed UNDER the fridge/desk area. Couldn't read the verbiage on the switches; didn't work no matter what I did. This was really frustrating, because I came in fairly late and didn't want to ask for maintenance or move rooms. So I just opened the slider door to outside and left it open. Street noise was a little noisy but the least of my worries. Balcony was a nice place to get a breath of fresh air. Ad indicated that I could buy a meal ticket but that was never offered. Only thing available was the Bistro (although they were very nice and the quick sandwich was delicious)
