Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bathroom had a large sink with plenty of room for my stuff. There was a decent desk and easy wifi connection.

Everything was great except the air conditioning unit was leaking and making the floor wet. The maintenance man was wonderful and put a big industrial fan there to dry the floor. He was so worried about the sound. I actually slept like a baby with the sound of the fan. Coincidently I sleep with the fan on

It was a 5 minute walk to Paycom Stadium where we were seeing the Thunder game. Walking distance to many restaurants and activities. We love Bricktown!

Breakfast bar was well stocked and had many options, staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Decor was also really nice and looked updated. Pool was very salty and not heated.

United StatesTraffic noise at night was terrible. It sounded like drag racing and revving engines until about midnight. I was glad we were on the top floor and more removed from the street level.
The location was super convenient for the local attractions (museum, Myriad Botanical Gardens, National Monument, state capitol building, Bricktown) and many restaurants. We did not even use our car to reach our destinations.
