The TVs are way outdated you can’t watch Netflix or anything. It’s just standard cable like 20 years ago and also when I checked into my hotel room with my kids and was in a rush, the lady checking me in rubbed me the wrong way when she asked me what the nature to my visit to Middletown was and why was I staying at a hotel first of all I was born in Middletown visiting my father and if someone already paid for the hotel room and they picked that specific hotel it’s nobody’s business why and they should not ask that question. It is very rude and none of their business. She wasn’t even friendly. She was just cut and dry and made it awkward. My kids were even like she’s weird. Why does she need to know why we’re here?

The hot tub was not working, there were no towels in the pool room one morning and there was a water bottle left in the room hidden behind the curtain.

It was a quiet location, clean and comfortable.

Location isn’t very good if you don’t have your own car.basically you can’t even get across road if don’t have a car and can’t walk to any shops because there isn’t any pedestrian walkways. Second thing was a breakfast.It’s says breakfast included but unfortunately with that breakfast we could choose from adult not gonna last for long with that.we went to town and get another breakfast after that.

The Bistro needs improvement as the food provided with the booking was little to none. I rather pay a bit more in the booking to have a bigger breakfast. The bar should be open longer hours.

The beds were very comfortable the room was very spacious and the staff was very courteous and attentive. The decoration was nice. My wife and I enjoyed the stay.

You put on an extra $100 fee for no reason and didn’t explain it to us. I called when we got home and the man didn’t act very nice. Said we should get it back in three days or so. Why didn’t we get told that?

The Bistro Restaurant -- they were short handed, were out of most menu items and what they did have were reheated in a microwave.

The on site cafe could have provided better options for food and beverage. The staff was great but hampered by management not being proactive in making it possible for the single server to be prepared in the morning, not setup the night before! The morning is when the cafe is an asset over other properties and it’s not being utilized to provide a great dining option. Unfortunately the manager is not proactive. I chose this property because of the “restaurant” and it fell short of my expectations!!

Location to Lego Land is convenient. Surrounding properties for food are very convenient. The on-site cafe comes up short but it’s still an advantage.

The elevator lights(buttons on outside) on 4th and 1st floor don’t work. There’s no appliances that you can plug into to charge your phone without a block. Bathroom mirror light could be brighter. Probably could use more than 2 large towels.

Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and in good condition. I like the seat in the shower. Makeup wipes were genius(needs to be more though ) The 4th floor was quiet, which was great. I like that there was actual glasses in the room for drinks.

There wasn’t enough close parking. No breakfast and the food service didn’t seem to be open when we arrived even though signs indicated it should be. Online a pool and fitness center were advertised but we received no info about these at check in. The TV in the room was nearly impossible to comfortably view from bed. I booked on Priceline and had as told it would be 187 with taxes and fees. That price was also on my receipt but 30 extra dollars were taken from my account.

The water did not work the morning of check-out. We could not shower or flush the toilet. I did send feedback to Marriot and asked to be reimbursed for the inconvenience. I received an apology but no accommodation for the stay. I would not stay here again and am extremely disappointed with Marriott for their lack of follow up.

pool and size of rooms. including a microwave makes so much sense and 4 coffees - genius. instead of mini shampoos which are environmentally awful the big pumps in bathrooms make sense. their pull out desks and office chair were also great for working on the laptop.
