Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Wonderful Hotel, clean, and the staff was wonderful the only inconvenient thing was the parking they only offer Valet parking third party. No hotel parking. Breakfast was included which it was fantastic they offer really good breakfast ordered by menu but in the Bistro there is just one person taking the orders and one person in the kitchen. The pool was clean and nice.

ArubaThere was no shuttle bus anymore. Especially to go from and to the airport. When we exit the elevator on our floor the floor was dirty.
Close by supermarket and the mall (Dadeland). You can have breakfast here and bar food and drinks until 10 pm.

United StatesThe toilet seat was too small for the toilet. There were insufficient towels and toilet paper when we arrived. There were no linens or pillow for the pullout bed. The sheets that were brought by housekeeping didn't fit - way too big; the pullout bed itself made a lovely loveseat, but a terribly uncomfortable bed, with a this metal wire(?) only partially attached at the foot of the bed. The laundry room was insufficient - only one washer and one dryer for the whole facility, and they were filthy, and I had to wait to use them each time. Very disappointing. Insufficient parking and valet parking is way overpriced. Food at the bistro and items in the shop were also incredibly overpriced. The pool closed too early.
