I would have liked the bar to be open all day, it didn’t open until 5 pm .

The breakfast included in the daily rate was very simple — a banana, a yogurt, a muffin, and a tea. My expectation was a breakfast buffet, as I’ve experienced in other hotels I’ve stayed at in the U.S.

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard. Since we stayed for several days, we received a room upgrade, which was a highlight — a spacious suite with a beautiful ocean view, comfortable beds, and excellent cleanliness. The staff was always attentive and helpful, providing quick and efficient service for any request.

This is our 4th stay since last summer. It is our Go To hotel while visiting family in Coconut Grove. The staff is wonderful and professional. We love the pool and the hotel location. We wish the lighting in the bathroom was brighter and the quality of the towels was better. And the sink is too tiny!!

We didn’t have the 30 dollar credit explained to us on arrival and paid for drinks and breakfasts before we discovered that our credit should have covered these. Upon taking it up with the manager we were told tough luck you should have read your booking properly.

The bathroom is small and needs brighter lighting. The towels are thin. The room is very cleaned with a very comfortable bed.

The location is great- close to restaurants and beautiful walking or biking paths.

The entrance hall should be reconfigured, separating check-in from the bar and restaurant. I would recomend changing the grey carpet in the hallways leading to the rooms, My bathroom sink was a bit cloged.

My only complaint was the Bistro. It was pretty lame. I used my $30 recreation fee to have an espresso martini (meh) and two cookies to bring back to the room. There's a very limited food offering. I feel like this place could do WAY better.

This place has great vibes and is in a lovely neighborhood. The lobby was buzzing with people arriving for a wedding. I loved that you could see the pool from the lobby. My room was so nautical, big, fresh, and had a view of the water when you stood in the corner of the terrace, LOL. But there was a terrace! I also got into my room 3 hours early which was SO appreciated after being up since 3am to take two flights from Rhode Island.

pool area did not have much sun. beds around pool horrible and uncomfortable. the “obligatory” $30 dollars you pay on arrival for a breakfast and use of Tesla. I don’t like being sold or pressured into things so I had this removed straight away. it’s quite a boring hotel. almost corporate with nothing cooperate happening. would be nice to hear music or some life.

bed was comfortable. room was spacious. walking distance from coffee shops and shops. fresh market opposite which I ate from daily! safe and clean area to be in on your own.

The location is very good. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and ate lunch in the cabana. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean.

The unavailability of free self parking on property. There was a situation where what seemed to be a member of the maintenance crew entering the room, while occupied, without knocking or any sort of announcement. Needless to say this lead to an embarrassing situation, while being in the bathroom.

Location of the property - very central. Hotel is modern and clean. Front desk staff was helpful and the valet parking attendants were excellent.
