Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room we were giving on arrival would not have been comfortable for a family of 4 adults and as soon as we brought this to their attention, we were immediately given two separate rooms with connecting doors. This gave our young adults some independence but also an opportunity fir us to keep an eye on them. Water and fresh fruits were also provided at the reception area daily which we found very thoughtful.

United StatesAll ice machines were temporarily out of service since Friday, 09/08. Our mini fridge isn't cold enough as we arrive and gradually getting cold during our 4 days stay. A/C unit isn't accurate on temperature setting, either it's too cool or not. Exhaust fan in the bathroom works but no suction to remove steam after shower and stinky smell too.
The location is near the airport, restaurant and gas station. The King-sized bed is good and comfy. The parking spot has an easy access to our Room #216. Luggage cart was useful to carry our suitcase and other stuff to our room.

Had to wait in line for 5 minutes for a small glass of ice. Had to pay a $5 parking fee even though the hotel is in a strip center with other retail. I paid online. But told at check in that no payment has been made. I was told I would need to pay again and just request double payment later. "As this happens."
