The top floor windows were very dirty , distorting the gorgeous view of the landscape etc…. jacuzzi was too small and not working properly. Having to pay to park in the hotel ramp when we were guests of the hotel 5nights.

Location, easy access, top floor with a view, well lit hallways, & parking ramp. clean & comfortable.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought the waitresses in the restaurant were great. I was glad to see that there was a restaurant on site. I did not expect this, and it was a nice feature.

Room heater did not work. Luggage was unzipped and opened in cabinet. Nothing was taken, but somebody got into it.

Location, decor, comfortable bed, nice staff. Gave us extra pillows and towels.

We (my husband, and 90 year old uncle) evacuated from our home in Encino due to the Pacific Palisades fire. We had three cars loaded with valuables and were reassured that they were safe in the secured parking lot. Your staff was very accommodating during this time of uncertainty. In fact, the hotel itself was in an evacuation warning area and we received a notice that we could check out at no cost if necessary... There were a number of other guest "refugees" and your team worked to address our needs which we greatly appreciated.

Not enough toiletry. Also, wish there were more restaurants in the area I could've walked to. There was one across the street, but it was closed for lunch. There were others passed a bridge, but I was afraid to walk under that bridge alone. There were a few homeless people under that bridge and they seemed pretty high.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. I was happy to see extra blankets. The pillows were incredibly soft and amazing! I had a great stay!

What i didn't like about the room was that it wasn't fully cleaned, and my daughter got a toothpick stabbed in her foot. She has been in pain these last couple of days. Also, there was no bathroom production at all. I disliked the fact that they didn't give breakfast. There are hotels for a cheaper price , which includes free breakfast and room service with simple dining options.

It is the first time I have not enjoyed the room. It was an older room. There was water damage on the walls, the tub shower leaked water onto the floor when taking a shower. The room is very small. And a bit noisy.

I liked the location, the staff and the convenience.

The sliding glass doors were old 80's style and the sound from the 101 and 405 freeways was like a turbine jet engine. I had to wear earplugs and still was so hard to sleep. Never again at this hotel - good sleep is key. Bed was also super soft no support, bad for the back, hips, neck. Two nights for nearly $1000 bucks? I've stayed at the Thompson recently and it was just a few hundred more and blows this away. Client suggested to stay here for proximity to work, bad idea, never, never again.

Was very clean, surprised it had a really nice bathroom and shower since it's an old hotel that's been renovated, liked huge desk for work.
