The air kept turning on and off about every three minutes throughout the night. No microwave in the room.

Housekeeping schedule was slow. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned even when we vacated our room for the day during their 9am to 3pm schedule.

Clean hotel. Walking distance to LA Live which was my destination. I could see LA Live from our bedroom window. Friendly staff, good service.

The hotel is situated downtown LA close to LA LIVE/crypto.com arena/LA convention centre. Very friendly personel, large rooms, very nice gym. The pool was closed unfortunately, so I cannot comment on this.

Almost no free parking. One of the days the staff didn't clean our room. The breakfast isn't included unless you pay extra.

I liked that our room was on the 21st floor with a nice city veiw. Also the gym was open 24 hours and they had a nice pool.

I expected a parking fee but not $55.00 a day. I did not expect to pay $30.00 a day additional fee for convenience. Lobby was dusty.

The door of the bathroom is pretty difficult to open, and the swimming pool is not as deep as I assumed.

The room is very clean! And location is really convenient. The staff is very helpful and friendly! When we had questions about the breakfast, an front desk agent, Andrea, was very helpful and cleared everything!

The location was ideal for us. We came into town for the weekend primarily to attend a game at Crypto Arena and this location was an easy short walk to the area and all the surrounding activities. Also, even though we didn't get to check out the pool, it looked inviting.

Parking 55$ per night, so expensive.. also there was a homeless man with dogs litterally 20m from the hotel, it was a litle sketchy to pass there and the street itself is a litle bit sketchy

The pool was dirty. There is a destination fee that you have to pay- if you use or not-, it includes a few services as a credit. The local tax expense rate was not up to date, there was a difference between the bill and what was expected. Also, you have to make a deposit of 100 usd for each day you stay, that will be return in 7 more or less business days. The noice isolation could be improved, but was not too bad.

Housekeeping was great! The bathroom was as expected. Amenities included. You can open the windows. The bed was comfy and very clean. The location is perfect, few blocks from metro and others venues. The staff nice and friendly. The room is a little dark as the window is small, not too bad.

Our room had a sofa bed, when we pulled out the bed there was no bedding. We did nor have bedding in the closet. Easy check out, when I got my car from valet I had bags in both my hands. After he gave me the keys then he asked me if I needed help.

When we check in, the front desk was friendly. The valet was friendly, he asked us if we needed help with our bags. Staff we incountered in the hallway were friendly.

The hotel is just 3 mins walk from the Crypto.com Arena. Super convenient to walk over for NBA game. Checking in and out was easy and the staffs were friendly. The gym is just at my room level, it is pretty big and well equipped.

There was breakfast at the hotel, but we couldn’t eat there because it was for Residence Hotel same building didn’t make sense to me. We even asked if we could pay for it and was told no.
