The property was great- the more food & beverage options (and the more hours they are available) - the better it will be- since some people like myself are only going to be in town shortly & may not want to leave the property to find food & drinks.

The young lady who checked me in & helped me throughout my stay. I was only in town for a day for a memorial, I had flown all night to get there; she made an otherwise stressful, emotional so much easier with all of her assistance from the time I arrived until I left the hotel. I’ll be returning just for the simple fact that she was so helpful, so warm & welcoming - and I saw her helping others while I was there as well. Any hotel that is smart enough to hire & retain such a great employee makes you stand out among the other hotel options.

The heat/air did not work properly or if it did we was not smart enough to operate. Set to 67 at one point & hot air blowing with temp staying 74 degrees.

We got 2 king rooms with a couch that had pull out beds, there was partial bed cloths and pillow in one room the other room had none. The pop up drain in one room was broken and the room above ours had a drain leak I tried to tell the staff and they just blew it off and said it's already been fixed. Lol no I'm a Plumber you have a drain leak 5th floor above room 410,412. And the a/c didn't work well in my room so we just ran fan. Also the staff had to move a few other customers to different rooms because of there a/c not working. Also the price of everything drinks snacks food was at least double the coast. A Snickers regular size candy bar was $7.00. A beagle not toasted no cream cheese or jam was $8.00 and took forever to get whatever you ordered. When we went to restaurant they were not busy we were the only people ordering and it took 15 mins for a cup of coffee and a cup of hot water. 20 mins for a beagle fruit and yogurt. Also the breakfast was supposed to be comp. (1 per room but when we checked out it was on my bill) One of the staff members said they would take care of it. I will see when my statement comes in.

The location was good. Very nice. Staff was pleasant and helped all they could. The place is supposed to be smoke free environment but the smell of Marijuana was stout at elevator/laundry area a couple times.

All of the property expectations were met. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The room was quiet and the AC worked well. The parking was in a good location from the property and I could actually see my car from my window. The restaurants and shopping were only steps away. It was a lovely stay.

The parking could be tough. My stay started on a weekend and ended on a week day. Parking is free along the street on weekends but beginning at 8am on weekdays, must pay. I was told there was a parking garage, but I didn't bother to look. The pool was rather small and looked a little sketchy. The water was really foggy and dark looking. I It was ok for my younger child. My teen wanted no parts of it.

The facility was clean, loved that my breakfast was included with my room, and the location is great! Walking distance for the heart of downtown. The staff was very welcoming and every one of them always had a smile on their faces.
