Facility is overall outdated. Needs some major upgrades/remodeling. I was placed in a handicap accessible room, though we did not request this accommodation. the staff person was diligent in getting us keys to another room. On our second day at the hotel there was a noticeable harsh smell when in the lobby and surrounding area, which seemed to suggest issues with sewage or mold, but the issue seemed to be resolved by end of day. Also they claimed to serve breakfast, but did not have any available.

Conveniently located to where family lives as well as dining, shopping, and other activities.

It was outdated building, all the lights didn’t work in our room, checking was a little difficult, bar bistro was never open as it should’ve been

The carpet outside the room was extremely stained. The room was very dated. The bathroom had random stains.

The hallways and elevator was hot, no AC on.. the bed was hard,, pillows too soft, ice machine on our floor did not work. I was very disappointed in my stay considering it was a Courtyard Marriot.. I was hoping for at least a Continental Breakfast for the price.. we came for the Rodney Carrington Comedy show.. Hotel was very out dated.

Nothing like I was expecting. When I think of breakfast, I am looking for basics. Eggs, Grits, Bacon, Sausage, Toast, etc. I am not a bistro or starbucks person

The pool was out of service. I did not have my other children BUT if they would have been with me, they would have wanted to swim. Also, I was on the lower level facing the courtyard; there were cigarette butts laying around and weeds. It looked like they were neglecting that area a bit.

The location is great for us, Space Camp folks. I also love how close it is to shopping. Also, there was a guy, a very tall guy who was there when I checked in. He is on top of everything and is very friendly. The beds also were amazing!

Should not have been over charged by booking.com. Hotel passed the buck when I queried thwm. Was disappointed that apparently breakfast was not included in room rate. Never nentioned at any time place. Hotel depicts shows luscious full breakfast. This was nowhere evident. First morning was offered fruit cup (frozen) with some berries and incredibly thick whipped cream. Even water was alloted by plastic cup.

The cleanliness was not up to par. The hotel is outdated and the beds were not that comfortable. We were told breakfast was included with our stay but there was no breakfast offered that we could see when we needed to leave in the morning.

The rugs pass the lobby were filthy with months of dirt and stains. Felt awful just walking on it. The balcony was dirty with cobwebs and hives from bees. The grass around the facility has fleas.. my daughter was bit all over.

Had to move rooms twice because first the door lock wouldn’t work, then the 2nd room had a light ripped off the wall with exposed electrical. The pool is closed for renovations and the third room they gave me ended up having ants.

It was in a convenient location.

Originally I booked a king room with a balcony. When we arrived we were put in a room on the first floor with no balcony. When we asked about pool hours we were informed the pool was closed and yet it was not posted anywhere on the website.
