If I had to give one negative, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable

There was not one negative staff member. We checked in later, and that wasn't a problem. Everyone was polit and seemed happy to help and be there Jeremy was extremely helpful and geared for perfection when making breakfast. He didn't miss a beat, miss a thing we ordered. Everything was made the way we asked and well prepared. He was so anxious to be sure everything was perfect, ever when we told him not to stress it. He was working alone, someone was late or didn't come in, and he did not let that affect his job or service he provided.

Check-in was easy, they have refreshing water and complimentary cookies, I loved the room with a jacuzzi, in the bathroom they have everything and in large containers with a lavender scent, I didn't have to use my own that I brought and the pool is super clean, they check it all the time to see if the water is clean and it's close to everything. I'll be back 😊

Check- in staff spoke so softly as an elderly perso i couldn't understand him. He repeated his question 4 times , didn't change the volume. That's was very frustrating and embarrassing. Finally my daughter stepped up and asked him what he needed from me. I'm not deaf but as an elderly person don't hear as well.

We thought it was going to be a complimentary but it wasn't so we went out for breakfast.

Staff poorly communicated. I mistakenly book only one night instead of two, obviously my mistake, however if the person checking us in confirmed our length of our stay, it would have been less of an inconvenience.

The bistro closes at 9:30A. There's no other on-site coffee. There is a Keurig in the room. The K-Cup was a light roast. Not that tasty.

The king-size room with whirlpool was great. The indoor pool temperature was comfortable. There is also a whirlpool there.

When I reserved the room the room type offered a balcony. When I checked in I was checked into a room with no balcony. I called the desk and explained and the girl told me that balcony rooms are not an option and are not priority ???? Then why was it offered????? May be a problem with booking.com or the hotel but whoever missed the mark on that one. I did get my balcony room but in the front over the front door and the room was right next to the elevator

Bed was too firm for me. Hot tub whirlpool was hot (lovely!), but whirlpool switch didn't work. Thinnest toilet paper I have ever seen!

Staff was so friendly, capable & helpful! Breakfast was very good. Hotel was quiet & I was so glad it had a pool & hot tub!

Not all items were listed on the Starbucks menu, but staff informed us of other options. Plugs in my room seemed loose and temperamental. A few more kid/family friendly TV options would have been nice.

The location of the hotel and price point were exactly what we were looking for. We were en route to the Boston area and wanted an overnight pit stop with shops and restaurants nearby. It is now part of our favorite hotels and areas for roadtrips in that area.
