You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Snacks and food were a little pricey considering there was no complimentary breakfast.

Your in hotel bistro should be fully operations from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Beds were not the most comfortable. Some construction noise. Bathrooms not stocked with additional tissues or toilet paper.
Great location. Nice little bistro. Warm and friendly atmosphere.

the Bistro was a disappointment. I expected the usual courtyard buffet. The pool was closed and it looked as if it needed a lot of maintenance. No coffee in the lobby.

Pillows were too soft, need a balance. Not enough towels. No freezer in room fridge (need for icepacks for travel coolers). TP was overly thin. Need to have blankets available - the comforter & sheet setup doesn't allow intermediate warmth control.
There was adequate room in the room for getting work done. Bathroom fan was effective at removing moisture, and room temps were good. Appreciated that all pillows were non-feather!

The food was too expensive. There wasn't a shuttle to get to airport. Had to depend on a rental car to get around
That it had a hot tub and pool. There was also a waterfall with a pond of fish.

The beds & pillows were NOT comfortable. The tub felt gritty & did not drain well. I REALLY did not like stepping on cut finger or toe nails (that were not mine) on the floor by the bed.
The coffee was so much better than our last Marriott.

The room was small. A herd of buffalo were in the room above us. The climate machine was too noisy, we had to turn it off completely to go to sleep. Some one knocked on the door at 8:30 am. I didn't answer as we were in bed. House keeping doesn't know when people check out? We got another knock at 10:30 am. The liklihood of us staying at this Courtyard again is very doubtful. I was informed that Marriott's policy of having different brands of tea is prohibited, as well as having a complimentary breakfast or coffee. Whoever in corporate is in charge of customer service needs to be fired. There is way to much competition out there for me to choose another Marriott hotel. Although the Courtyard we stayed at in Melbourne Florida was excellent.
No complimentary coffee or tea. A small tea and an orange juice was over 7 dollars. The blend of tea I got was tasteless.

Booked partly because it had a pool. Pool was closed. Room decor was very dark colors and the room felt gloomy. The set up of the bathroom with sink outside in the room was inconvenient. Lighting was inadequate to overcome the dark paint and carpet colors. Elevator was slow and often tied up by housekeeping staff.
Breakfast was limited. Only Starbucks available. Would have liked better variety and fresher food. Evaerything microwaved. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
