Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWater pressure was just a little low and the bed mattresses were a bit too broken in. There were two elevators but only one was operable (may be to save on costs as the hotel was not very full). Other than that, everything was fine.
We did not get breakfast on site. The hotel is a little dated. You will notice small details such as marks on the wall and other scuffs/repairs done to different parts. Housekeeping every three days (which was fine for us). One of three hotels in the area so options are limited. We needed a comfortable place to stay and this was good enough. Happy with the choice ultimately.

United StatesI’ve stayed here in Jan and the room we had gotten was on the first floor. That room was perfect. Clean and updated. The reason for me choosing this hotel again was based on that stay. This room was old the sheets were not staying on the bed. The mattress was dirty. The room had popcorn on the floor( we did not eat popcorn) the shower had random hairs that were not ours.

United StatesLack of communication between Booking.com and the hotel created a stressful situation regarding breakfast being included or not. Fortunately, Booking resolved the issue. Overall, the hotel staff looked unhappy and grumpy, though they were friendly and polite enough. Breakfast was a la carte, would have preferred a buffet. The hot tub was out of service, unannounced.
I enjoyed the comfort of the room and bed, the pool, and the noon check out. The facilities were clean and met my expectations.

United StatesThe breakfast sandwich was not tasty. The shower curtain was too short so that shower water leaked out on floor. One of the safety bars was loose and ready to fall off. The bed sheet had a strong perfume-type smell, similar to another Marriott Fairfield Inn. The smell has persisted on my C-PAP equipment for treating my sleep apnea. I will seriously need to decide if I will stay at another Marriott hotel.
