The TV. I know your not supposed to spend time in your hotel when your on vacation but holy crap! The TV was from 2011 and very small. My computer monitor is bigger and clearer! Very minute complaint for sure....but get with the times 😀 I also booked a larger room with a balcony with a mountain view. Paid for it. But when arrived I almost was placed on the 1st fl, no balcony and was told there is no such thing as mountain view. I did end up getting a room with a balcony but had to settle for a smaller room. I was kind of disappointed that the pictures showed a mountain view and everything. I was also told I wouldn't pay for the larger room and it would be less expensive for the room difference. I paid the same....

I liked that the room has a balcony that is outdoor space you can enjoy. The bed was very comfortable. Close to shopping, restaurants, Red Rock Amphitheater & other attractions Denver and surrounding area has to offer.

I was disappointed we didn’t have our room cleaned with new towels. The lobby was nice but the room are very average The hallways are dark.

Location wasnt great I felt like this was false advertising. The hotel room did not feel very clean. The floors felt sticky and the white towels that were clean had stains on them. Gross. The room was hot no matter what we did.

I booked a king bed and sofa bed, plus a mt view. When I checked in and got to the room it was only one bed and no view or balcony. Since I was with my 18 yr old son, we can’t sleep in the same bed. I’m his mom. I went to the front desk and he immediately got me a new room and it was perfect. He wasn’t the one who intially checked us in but was great. I wish I could remember his name!!

The facilities were clean and friendly staff. The location can’t be beat. So I didn’t mind the higher price tag for that.

Someone was smoking pot on our floor from day 1. Some days it was extremely strong. Did not like it!

The bathroom had no body lotion, the shampoo, etc in the shower were labeled in light green in a green bottle so we could not tell what was in which bottle (we guessed). The wastebaskets could be of normal size! The room is tiny.

The breakfast was sumptuous- possible too big! The gals serving were amazingly polite. The gal serving wine after 5:00 pm was particularly nice.

Since they don't do maid service every night for a multiple night stay, the room should've been stocked with what we needed rather than making us request everything. We started with just 2 towel sets, 2 coffees/cups and one roll of toilet paper to last us 5 days and 4 nights. Coffee outside of the room wasn't free. (none in the lobby) There was a Starbucks inside the lobby but it was very expensive and not good at all. Both coffees I had were like hot water and she didn't know what a pour over was. Also, walls of the room were thin - I could hear sneezes from the next room as if it was in mine.

Staff was super friendly and very responsive. Our room was very clean and the location of the hotel was great for our needs.

Great standard hotel, 20min from dowtown Denver, and 10min from Red Rocks Park. Free parking lot in front of the hotel, really quiet neighbourhood, simply great!
