Our room was very nice and comfortable but the refrigerator was not working properly. They were able to bring in another one that did work. The pool/spa was not open for use which was a selling point for us to enjoy. There was not a complementary breakfast. Also a demerit. The place was a little run down. I was required to pay the deposit twice, since I stayed two nights. It still doesn't make sense to me. The deposit should be paid once for the duration of our stay. It was a staycation for us, so for that, it was satisfactory. Not exceptional.

Some updates are needed. In room 306 the outlet near the sink (and the only mirror) wouldn't hold a plug, so I had to fix my hair across the room. I mentioned this to the front desk, hoping they will fix it. The shower faucet was odd, and you just had to hope it would stay in place and keep the temperature just right. One afternoon I came back to no running water. The lady at the front desk said she'd tried to contact me, but I had no text, email, or message in my room. They were apparently "doing maintenance," and when the water came back on, the black chunky water that came out of the sink faucet was terrifying. I was told I'd get an email receipt but had to call for one a couple of days later.

The most important things to me at a hotel are that it's clean, comfortable, and quiet. My room was all of those things. I especially appreciated that there was food and drinks available because I was exhausted and hungry when I arrived and didn't want to go out.

The sink would randomly start to smell like sewage. Not sure if it was only our room but it would randomly just start to smell and came from the sink.

The TV in our room didn't work properly! My son brought his Xbox for entertainment because he had his wisdom teeth removed the day before and the hdmi ports were not working properly! The sink drain was broken and wouldn't drain and I was unaware that there was no breakfast!

Breakfast was not included and expensive to be sitting in hotel lobby. I understand the need to charge for breakfast, but if $20 a plate needs to be a private area. No fridge in room, and no creamer or sugar in room.

Property is nice and clean. Staff was amazing. They take care of hot tub on a daily basis.

i picked this hotel over some better options just because it had a pool...so my kids would have a pool and hot tub to enjoy... pool and hot tub ended up being broken..out of service and not actively being worked on so that was a big disappointment i wish it had been posted online or something considering they said it had been out of service for a while already.

The king room was very small and the key did not work every time on the door. My husband had to push it open every time because the door would stick. The shower was still dirty with the metal piece covering the drain out on the floor. We brought my 3 year old and planned to have her sleep on the pull out bed but there weren't enough sheets. I spoke to the front desk and he reprogrammed the keys but they still didn't work. I let the front desk know about the shower and pull out bed. He apologized and offered to move us to a new room but none were available. He did give us a voucher for a free breakfast and Starbucks.

The washing machine did not complete it’s cycle. I guess the spin mode to drain the water didn’t work so I was left with a load soaking. Had to go to the nearest laundry mat and rewash my load and dry it. Cost me less money to do that then it was to do it at the Hotel. I am disappointed that it happened to me I wanted to relax but I could not. For the trouble I dealt with I feel I should have gotten a full refund and a free stay.
