We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I like the location of the hotel, it was hidden from the main road but only 5-10 mins away from all the great food & entertainment venues in heart of Irving.

South AfricaThe AC is loud in the room, unfortunately, so it disturbed my sleep. Also, you can hear people walking upstairs if you are on the lower floors.
The room was decent, had a little bar fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The bed was comfy and the room had a pool view. They also offered a free shuttle service to the airport.

United StatesThe lady at the front desk the morning of check out was rude and not helpful. Several of us were clearly downstairs in the lobby waiting on a shuttle for a transfer to the airport and when it didn’t come at 7:30 like scheduled, I asked her about it. She said, “oh it’s broken down this morning.” I’m not sure why she wouldn’t have offered that information sooner so other arrangements could be made.
