Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThere wasn’t anything in particular that struck me as a dislike. No housekeeper stopped in for tidying or anything. I had to refresh towels and tissue myself, even though I did select for service every other day. Not a deal breaker, though.
Ari. I liked Ari about the property. She is a rockstar!! The property was well maintained and my room was clean. I didn’t have time to visit the lobby or other amenities but I definitely wanted to.

United StatesWe were right next to the elevator and it did make noise every 30 seconds the first night of our stay but it wasn’t too bothersome but I could see where it could be annoying for some travelers.
I wish I remembered his name. Pretty sure it started with a J but he worked the front desk and he was so friendly every time he was there and always asked about our stay. And the location was perfect and the room was very clean.

United StatesWhen I moved the nightstand to access the wall outlet, it was obvious that the space behind it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Lots of dust, debris, lost Legos, etc. Rust stains on the outside of the shower, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. No housekeeping.
Justin at the front desk was an absolute standout and a credit to your hotel. He was so friendly, helpful and upbeat. If I ran a business I'd want it staffed by people just like him. Our shuttle driver was a great ambassador for your brand as well. We enjoyed our trip with him very much.

The staff and location were fantastic. The beds were super comfy, and the shower got nice and hot.
