I was there for a staycation for my birthday. Overall good experience except housekeeping knocked on my door while I was in the bathroom and I told them come back and they never did even after I asked the front desk could they get housekeeping to come to my room still no one showed up. The bed was too firm for my taste and I found it hard to get comfortable. And there was a Starbucks there in the lobby but it wasn’t open any of the days I was there.

The hotel is under construction and the stairways were dirty. We didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast. Other then that is was fine.

Unfortunately, we did not have the breakfast. The location was great! Everything including the mall was around the location. Great food options and easy access to the highways.

The price was not worth the size of the room and wasn’t able to use the facilities that were considered amenities but maybe it was a busy weekend and I understood they’re remodeling. But a heads up would’ve been nice . It was ok but wasn’t worth the price

I asked for handicapped room, and only got a safety bar in the shower, which meant I had to go to the public bathroom to use the facilities.. The place is in the midst of renovation. Had I known that I would have stayed somewhere else. No continental breakfast.

The beds were very comfortable. The coffee at Starbucks in the lobby was excellent, way better than normal hotel coffee.

The room was not attended to from check in to check out we asked from wed Thursdays Friday Saturday Sunday to have the room.clean and yet nothing until late Sunday it was finally done

Would have liked to have a bottle of water for the coffee pot. I stayed at an Aloft the night prior and it was a nice little perk.

Renovations were in progress. Noise at 9am. The carpets were stained. The sliding glass door did not open. Staff was very nice though.

The sofa couch would not pull out for my friend to sleep on it. Front desk was informed and I was told maintenance would come in to repair it at 8am so myz friend sleep crunched in a fetal position do to having only the loveseat itself to sleep on. Her back hurts even more now she exclaimed. No bathroom light. View was all construction and plaster on the window. Phone did not work. Television had to be repaired 1 hr it took this maintenance person to repair it while we sat hoped and watched him.

Construction on property. Renovating the building. Received an email about it after I had booked a non-refundable room. Upon leaving property to return home discovered a nail in my tire and had to get a new tire.

The entire exterior was under construction, and it was a MESS! jThe walkways had all the debris like the workers just threw it wherever they felt. Very limited parking due to be blocked off for the construction so the only place I could park was in a big puddle (it was raining 2nd night) and since they blocked off all entrances except for the front (only because all the construction trash) I had to walk around building to get in. Also, I don't know how long ago all the trees were cut down but all it still remains all piled up and there was trash EVERYWHERE. The view from my window was disgusting. Marriott needs to audit this property. I definitely won't be staying here again.

To get a coffee was horrible. The woman at the front desk had to tell the person at the counter I was waiting there. And it took 15 minutes to two coffees on a Monday morning. And I was the only person waiting....there wasn't a line or others being waited on. It was horrible. Spend my time & money getting coffee elsewhere.

Annetta at the front desk was OUTSTANDING!!! From our phone conversations to welcoming us each & every time we entered....OUTSTANDING customer service. Couldn't have asked for a nice person to deal with.
