We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CanadaBreakfast is included in my room. You order food at the bar, they record what you ordered and list the fee, and give you the receipt but actually don't charge you. We took some time to order our breakfast because we were not familiar with the food they offered, and that caused the cashier lost her pertinence or just because she noticed we are tourist from other cultures, anyway, she was so cold since then and even had no any responses when we said thank you a couple of times. I wondered if I give the tip to her by cash directly would be better than I put it in my room fee. In all, this was not a good experience.
