With as much as you pay for the room coffee should be free in the morning. Not have to pay over 6$ for a cup of coffee. A bit overpriced

We thought there was a restaurant on site to purchase breakfast but it wasn’t a restaurant it was Starbucks and the staff there one lady was not friendly and it was way overpriced.

I wish the breakfast hours were a little longer, but that is ok. I was late in getting downstairs to have breakfast. Mary was super sweet to me.

Mary was fantastic in helping me with my reservation and how easy it was to get registered and get my room keys. I will stay at this location again.

Check-in time my wife and I arrived in town a little early, thinking that we could check in about 3 o’clock. Little disappointed that a team tournament was leaving and all the rooms were not clean. Wish we had been informed in advance so we waited until 5:00 pm to check in.

I didn't get the size room I reserved based on booking.com it called for 600 Sq. Ft in size but I was set in a room that was 300 Sq. Ft. In size.

The room was very loud and due to the noise couldn't go to sleep until around 1 in the morning. Complained to the staff and didn't get any better and the noise was from the floor and room directly above us. Horrible stay and no rest for business meeting early the next morning .

Room temperature was very uncomfortable because a PTAK unit was competing with a broken wall thermostat. Cold air pumped into the room nonstop. In addition, the hotel was next to the highway with poor windows so we heard road noise all night. Coffee drinks at the Inhouse Starbucks were incorrectly made and were extremely sweet. Finally, the water faucet was installed incorrectly on the sink and did not stick out into the bowl so you could not really put your whole hand under the faucet. This was a dumb mistake and the installation should have been redone. The result was water running all over the sink top.

I reserved two rooms, in one of the rooms, didn’t neither one of the two televisions worked. I’m my second room, one of the televisions didn’t work. The water in the shower took a long time to get hot. Then I think there should be more pressure to the shower heads. Also for the price of the rooms, they should offer complimentary breakfast and coffee.
