Everyone was so nice and helpful. The ladies were really friendly at check in. The gentleman helped with our luggage during check in and check out. The housekeeper on our floor(22) was amazing as well.

I did not see the pool get cleaned except the last day. I saw the Breakers pool get cleaned everyday next door... I kept watching and did not see anyone come to clean all the sand out of the pool until the day we left.

Love the location and being close to beach. Love the pool options as well.

The pool area is shared with two nearby hotels, one of them is a hotel apartment where the units are cheaper than our hotel. It was all right but really like really crowded and also I was feeling like I could get the same facilities while paying less if I had booked one of the sister facilities.

Very clean room with new furniture, we had a nice seaview (but it was a high floor, it would be better on lower floors between the 3rd and 7th. The beach is really nice but the pool area was seriously crowded. The lazy river was so much fun

The rooms were spacious and clean. Perfect for families with toddlers and small kids. The hotel was close to everything. Many attractions were in walking distance. The food at the restaurant was good too. Price was affordable and excellent. We would def stay here again.

What I didn’t like was the bedding. The fitted sheet was too small for the bed -it wasn’t a proper queen size, so we constantly had to pull it down to keep it in place, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. The pillows and mattress could also be improved; they weren’t very comfortable. Another concern is security. Anyone can access the elevator without using a key card, and there were no security guards at the main entrance. It would be much better if the elevators required a key card to access guest floors for added safety.

What I liked most is that the place is clean, smells great, and has excellent customer service. Jayden, who checked us in, was very nice and helpful. I didn’t see her again after check-in, but she made a great first impression.

The ocean view from the tenth floor balcony room we had was phenomenal! We were right on the beach and enjoyed a morning walk everyday. Beautiful and relaxing location.

They closed the gates on the slides in the kids pool majority of the time I was there ( 5 days) and kids kept climbing over it anyhow to still use the slides, making it a risk for falling, so I would suggest to just keep the slides open since closing the gates didn’t stop kids from using them, it just made it dangerous for them to get injured.

Staff was very kind, location is fantastic, food at the bistro was wonderful, my friend and I had a great experience. I am actually planning to go back to this hotel in a few months with my family, I was there for a girls trip , but this hotel would be great for kids . The breakfast was good, but very few options to pick from, I don’t think it is worth it.

Not near enough seating around the pool area ! Not one single day were we able to have lounges at the pool and with kids that’s tough !

The shower - low pressure and didn’t have cold water. I think the knob was assembled wrong so we couldn’t get cold water

The only downside was that we saw cockroaches — on the balcony and in the common area of the hotel. There were none inside our room, but it still affected our overall impression.

The hotel has a perfect location right by the ocean, with beautiful views from the balcony. We really liked the pool area, the grounds were clean, and parking was convenient. The staff was friendly and responsive. Our room was clean and housekeeping came daily.

Access to the kids slide at the pool. Seems to never be open, and when it is, it's for a limited amount of time. The cleanliness of the pools,it's understandable that the pools are next to the beach. However, during my last stay at this hotel, i seen a crew cleaning the pool early in the morning, removing sand, making sure the water was clear and clean. No old wet towels left from the day before, but this time things weren't as together as before.

I did have to call down on day three to ask for a room service clean but they came up promptly when asked.

I loved the oceanfront location and we were thrilled to learn we could use the other pools and water slides at Breakers. What a great plus! Our room was clean, spacious and we loved being close to restaurants and shops.

I didn't like the small pool towel that where clean but had so many stains on them. The beach towel was extremely small and there were plenty times when there wasn't any available. I had to requested wash cloths 4 times before I received them. The wait time to receive washcloths was 45 min- 1hour or longer. The beds were firm, very hard to sleep on.

The location of the hotel was great, large clean room with ocean front. I like that the hotel had 2 restaurants inside. The food was great and prices wasn't bad at all. Pool and lazy river was a plus for the kids.
