Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

DenmarkThe balcony was useless because of the extreme noise 24/7 from the street. The presentation picture showed a swimming pool much larger than reality. The shop by the reception were out of wine. Some of the baggage trolleys had deflated wheels and were out of use.

United StatesDuvet too heavy for 90 plus temperature. Shower slippery. For the second time in a row, no hot breakfast. The girl had to leave early. I’m a diabetic. I needed something to eat to take my medicine before attending a funeral.
Location, clean, the woman at the front desk went out of her way to help.

United StatesWe were disappointed to find out we did not get a free breakfast, even though it was indicated on our booking that it was included. Booking.com worked with us to try to remedy the situation and made it good from their pocket, despite the hotel refusing to do anything. Additionally, be aware that parking may be limited when there are major events.
Definitely a great location in the middle of Deland. The rooms were nice and the staff were great. We were able to watch the homecoming parade from the front of the hotel and could walk the city right from the hotel. Also, the pool in nice, but the heater was broken when we were there.

United StatesThe parking is horrible!!! If it wasn’t for your staff on Friday September 20th, I would never stay at this location again. After working all day and night until, I got to the hotel at 12:00am, only to find there is no parking! I was told the over flow parking lot is in a dark Bank of America parking lot across the street which is not acceptable when having to walk alone in the middle of the night by yourself. The parking lot is too small and allowing trucks and trailers taking up multiple spaces for one family is ridiculous. Then, I took three trips up and down the front desk to get my key working to get in the room. Again, front desk lady was amazing, at this point it was just funny! You can’t make this stuff up!!
I always stay at Marriotts

United StatesNo freezer section in the frig. I needed it for ice packs for my back. Phone didn't work well..static and no instructions on how to turn it on by switching to the speaker. No info on deli/bar. I only knew it was there by a sign in the elevator. I am Melinda Neyer, not Donald listed below on summary of stay. He is my EX.
Receptionists were very helpful and personal. Ice machines on every floor. Loved the design of the shower. Noon check out time.

DenmarkLocation also meant loud noise from heavy traffic in the morning that the windows couldn't keep out. Breakfast was so so and annoying to have to get a piece of paper from the front desk for each of us each morning

United StatesThe Bistro service was awful. We prepaid for breakfast by purchasing a room/breakfast package when we booked. The Bistro employee wouldn’t honor all of my breakfast passes, she insisted I was only allowed to use one pass per day but the assistant general manager gave me 3 passes for each day to use because that’s what I purchased. The girl working there was extremely rude and acted like she was doing me a favor by serving me. This was my first bad experience at a Marriott brand restaurant so it was extremely disappointing. I didn’t return to the Bistro after the first morning.
Property is extremely convenient to the college and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The assistant general manager that checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again.

United StatesAlthough the staff was great they were short on staff which caused a late check in, miscommunication at the front desk, and our room not being ready. We were almost charged twice and trying to get anything done at the front desk took a really long time.

United StatesThree things one the parking is tight we drove our f150 pickup and there is on one entrance and exit to the hotel so you may get a parking spot a long way from the door. Second we were on the 5 floor so it’s a bit of a hike to get outside with no room to take our dog to do his business. Third the carpet on the fifth floor in the hallway was dirty and smelled sour it hits you as soon as you stepped out of the elevator. You cannot smell it in the room but as soon as you open the door bam hits you like a baseball bat. It’s the only thing we did not like about this hotel.
Good value we were traveling with a canine there is a $50.00 dollar cleaning fee. It’s the lowest in fl.room was super clean with plenty of towels. They have a nice free breakfast. Great value for the money.
