Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesI chose this hotel so i could use look while husband was doing his business. But it was closed for the memorial weekend. I would have chosen a different place had i known. And our first two nights were in a room that didn’t have all the accommodations like the microwave. And our shower leaked through the light and wasn’t completely finished on the outside.

United StatesThe front desk staff were extremely unprofessional. They could not locate my booking reservation and asked me constantly to provide the reservation which I did. I was completely embarrassed in the front by them saying I had a failed payment when in actuality the payment was there all along. They even called my room at 7 a.m. asking about payment. My sleep was totally disturbed. Finally at check out a manager was at the front desk and was not aware of this situation at all and apologized for my inconvienced. She gave me 9,000 points for my experience which I appreciated but that was not enough for the constant interruptions of my stay and false advertisement of breakfast being included when it was not provided at all. Not even a free cup of coffee. The manager did try to smooth the situation over but the damage was already done. This situation should have been handled day one and not at check out.
My reservation said breakfast was included but they said I had to pay for it so I never ate any breakfast. Instead I went off site and purchased breakfast.

The toilet seat was up when I got there and there was urine around the lip of the bowl and well as under the seat, the shower door had mildew all along the plastic buffer, the water pressure in the shower was EXTREMELY harsh and I was unable to adjust it via the shower head or turn the shower head from the awkward angle it was at. There was also tissue stuck in the room door peephole that I’m assuming a previous guest left. And, the iron dial had no numbers on it so it was impossible to set it to the heat setting I needed.

United StatesThe carpet on the hall smelled wet and the odor was beyond disgusting. The bathroom needs a complete renovation. It appears that the rooms itself has been renovated and they were OK but the bathroom was unacceptable. It was black mold and hair all over the wall, mold in the shower, dirt and hair in the corners of the floor, and the ceiling was peeling and cracking. We only stayed one night but there is no way I would recommend this hotel to any family or friend nor would I stay unless the bathrooms are completely cleaned properly and renovated for guests.
