United StatesBooked a room w a pull out couch for our son. This was simply a place to sleep in a road trip and two beds were not available when we arrived we got a room w just one bed. When I went down to the front desk she said it wasn't a guarantee!!! We were exhausted. We booked this based on the pull out couch. He's a teenager and needed his own place. We were able to switch but the fact that we almost couldn't and they didn't guarantee what we booked was absurd to me!

The hotel was extremely clean and welcomed after driving for 11 hours straight. The room was very spacious, nicely decorated, and very modern. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioner was working great. The bathroom was updated and very clean. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved they had a Starbucks counter in the front lobby!!
