Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandPrice of 185 usd / night is by far too high. No standard breakfast but small Starbucks inside with not low prices.
Nice, clean, spacious and not noisy room. This is a standard type of hotel (with an extra small pool inside of the building) at outskirts of the city, well communicated to the airport and located at main road I35 between Austin and San Antonio with good parking places and easy access to the road without any traffics.

United StatesWe thought that breakfast was included with the price. But they don’t have any breakfast there except for their Starbucks counter. We were disappointed in that. The pool was nice ( it’s inside), but the water was freezing cold.

United StatesThe ice machine on our floor didn't work and our phone in the room was static ridden so communication with the front desk was sketchy.
Neat, clean and a roomy outdoor space. I loved being able to do my meditation on the balcony. Sean and others were front desk gurus but Sean went the extra mile for us, making sure we were in the most comfortable room.

United StatesThey need one more staff member helping out on a weekend. One woman worked the front desk AND the breakfast center and it took so long for her to do her duties at the front desk before we could get help at the breakfast counter that we couldn't use the breakfast voucher that we paid for. That said the staff member was friendly and good at her job. The company is just trying to get away with not paying 2 people and it prevented us from getting our money's worth and we would probably stay somewhere else next time because I don't like to support businesses that take advantage/over work their employees. It was very busy there. Lots of people around every time we were in the lobby. Also no bags in the trash cans and i felt bad sticking a broken fingernail in there :/

United StatesThe problem was the smell. As soon as we got on the elevator, there was an odor. We chalked it up to busy day, possible previous body odor from another guest… But getting off the elevator on 4th floor and walking to 405 was straight up like what Willie Nelson’s tour bus must smell like. We understand the area is probably a little “4:20 friendly “, but it reeked. Wafted into the room every time the door opened. This isn’t a judgement. Just a preference. We dislike the smell. Better the next morning, but not totally gone.
Staff was super nice. Didn’t use it, but pool looked awesome. The bed was comfy. The room was clean. It was a little stuffy when we walked in, but adjusted A/C, and all good.

United StatesNot the most clean- multiple stains on bedding, cheap towels, surfaces were not very clean- dirt in corners of bathtub, hairs in sink & floor that did not match ours. The booking said breakfast was available for $10/day but the staff was unhelpful when we asked if we could pay to get it. They asked for a voucher and then asked for our Marriot membership number and said she’d have to check with her manager. We never heard anything more. Staff did lend me scissors to help me wrap Christmas presents, though.
