There was internet, but it did not really work. It forced the authentication every some 30 min. Breakfast was also disappointing. You get a bag at the reception to eat the breakfast in the room.

This is a typical American motel, nothing special about it. I booked it as it was on the right location - area where I needed to be. The room was clean. Free parking.

I liked the price it was cheap, but the down side your paying for that cheapness stay experience. If you’re out traveling with family I wouldn’t recommend this place but if it’s a solo business trip then yes maybe. The parking is very sketched so I kept on looking outside my window in case anything happens to my car, but overall the stay was okay. The bed was comfortable and the room was a bit beat up.

Breakfast was limited in options — all options were packed with sugar, and no gluten-free options. Additionally, the elevators stunk! They need some good cleaning. Eggs as a breakfast option would’ve been ideal. -Housekeeping doesn’t come and clean unless your in the room during time of cleaning (in my experience, 1pm or so)

Be more specific about breakfast. They handed out sack lunches. Shit u could get from the store. And the extra curriculum activities at nite. Maybe that's why you had to get buzzed in the office.

Bed was clucky and uncomfortable wasn't the room with king bed I booked.man wasn't nice in the office didn't even ask if I would mind switching. Didn't feel safe in my room had a couple males that were obviously high on drugs banging on the door in the middle of the night...and another encounter with a weirdo in the elevator didn't feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot....I could go on

There was hair on every item in the room. Tv stand, table, night stand, bathroom counter, bathroom sink, toilet, bathroom floor, bathroom shower. The light fixture was not covered and the covering for it was laid on the bathroom counter broken. The tv had tin foil on it and was unplugged from the cable box.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From simple things like no cable or internet on both tvs to the pool and jacuzzi being too dirty to use. To no one properly explaining where they served breakfast. Also without the Ac on the whole time the room smelled. My room was also supposed to have a sofa and there was none. Overall very disappointing to say the least

The floors were dirty. I mopped them myself. The water was black. They're mop wasn't good and the bucket didn't wring it out hardly at all. It slopped water. It was just too much. The management was nice and gave me breakfast even though i was late. A+ on that, but all they did is say sorry instead of trying to give me some money back after i showed them the dirty mop water.. Smelled like cigarettes really bad

Parking lot doesn't feel safe. Pool is gross and not usable. Staff hires the drug addicts to do maintenance around the property. During our entire stay including at night there was a meth head chiseling at the sidewalk in front of the office with a hammer all night long!

Its dirty. Cockroaches and different bugs inside the room. Dirty towels and no cleaning everyday. There were still trash inside the room from the last/past customers. Price is still too much for that kind on service. Atleast the bed was clean (hopefully).

Close to work and restaurants. Comfy bed and good AC.

The pool was not open and was green. The room was pretty dirty. I had to wear socks or shoes the whole time or my feet were black on the bottom. The desk was pretty busted up, the lamp wouldn’t turn off unless you unplugged it, the desk chair was filthy and a little rickety, they pressure washed the walkways and all of the debris is stuck all over my car, there was what looked like dog hair stuck on the side of the tub and on the freezer inside.

The best was surprisingly comfortable and the AC worked great. The staff was also very kind.

There were coach roaches on the floor when we checked in. there was not a plug in the bathtub the first day I told the manager and the next day I received a plug. there was no water in the jacuzzi and the pool was dirty. the pool has rust in some areas. air conditioner needed new filters.

The staff was friendly. the cleaning people were friendly. the bag of breakfast was okay. the air worked great. I was able to get fresh towels everyday.

overall the property is…for lack of a better word in the ghetto area of the city. Right outside the hotel is a transient encampment on the sidewalk which kinda sets the mood for what your gonna find at the hotel. There was fly’s throughout the halls on every level. I understand not wanting to discriminate against people coming in to try and rent but there was multiple groups of people just hanging out in the parking lot and near the stairs smoking and drinking. The two rooms we saw were a 2 queen bed which was filthy, stains and cigarette burns everywhere, poop stains on the toilet from not being cleaned, etc the list goes on. The second room they relocated us too was better but still not clean, no running shower water, and a wad of poop smeared on the doorframe of the bathroom….. If your in a pinch or on a budget then this might be your only hope, otherwise if your staying with family I would definitely avoid.

the staff was awesome for the most part. the female manager was very nice understanding and accommodating. She was honestly probably the best thing about the property. We voiced our concerns on the cleanliness of the room and she immediately understood and offered to relocate us.
