The tv wouldn’t turn on, pool was under construction and was not told about it , there are no lines for parking so you have to kind of guess the parking spots

It looked like builders just left the site and not all elements were completely finished. That includes floors which were not perfectly clean. You better not take off your boots.

Fair price for minimal service and facility. Single room cottages look freshly built. TV, microwave oven and refrigerator are very useful.

THERE CAN BE SOME IMPROVEMENTS TO PLACE. THERE WAS NO ICE MACHINE. THAT WOULD BE GOOD THING TO HAVE ON PROPERTY. AND THERE WAS A POOL THERE, LOOKS LIKE HASNT BEEN USED IN SEVERAL YEARS. UPDATE THE AND OPEN POOL AND CROWDS BE STAYING THERE ALL TIME! ROOMS CLEAN AND COMFY.

LOCATION WAS PRETTY GOOD. YOU CAN TAKE TROLLY TO TOWN OR DRIVE. JUST FEW MILES AWAY. AND ITS A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL SO WAS ABLE TO BRING OUR DOG WITH US.

It was very hard to find the place as there was no sign other than a banner on the office which was the same color as the building. There is a pool but it is abandoned and it removes the charm of the place.

Would benefit from a few updates - the bathroom did not have any towel rack or hangers, and the bedspreads seemed very old. (but sheets were clean and everything else was clean and spotless.)

This was the most affordable room I could find in the area and very spacious. Checking in was easy. The bed was comfortable, plenty of room for parking. 2 minutes drive to downtown Lake George. Loved how quiet it was at night.

There was NO place to hang a towel near the shower. No hook, No shower rod. Nothing. There was NO counter around the sink = no place to put a toothbrush or toothpaste. The TV shut off in the evening. No TV in the morning. I wanted to hear the news. The homemade sign attached to the main building was parallel to the road, so drove right past it.

No breakfast. No food available at all.

The bathroom mirror

Great location right by the outlets. It had a small charcoal grill and a bag of charcoal waiting. Cute shared deck, queen bed and a smaller full size bed in it's own separate area that my daughter claimed immediately. Microwave and mini fridge, nice tv and cable. Utilitarian but very comfortable and affordable. It was very clean with the exception of the bathroom mirror being in rough shape. I live in the Adirondacks and will be in the area often for "staycations", will absolutely stay again.

No light in the front and a hard to see sign so we drove by it twice.

Plain, simple, no frills and *very clean*. Bed and bedding comfortable and seemed new. Plenty of towels. Courteous check in and out. Quiet and pleasant surroundings. We were looking for a pet friendly place for a stopover, that is basically why we chose it. Very glad we did and will come back.

No working pool toilet in my room was leaking on the floor

It is conveniently close to either the theme park or the beach area. The price of the room was not bad for 4 July.
