Needed some bathroom updates

Each room that I stay in, has something very dirty about it. This time it was sticky drink rings on the nightstand, as well as hair in the bathtub

The hallway smelled terrible, like the carpet needed cleaning. The pool water was kinda cloudy..

I liked the fact that the staff allowed me to bring breakfast back to my room for my disabled parent. Everyone was nice and polite

The younger group of kids were being kids, but a little on the rowdy side.

The room was nice, spacious. The pool was nice. Not sure what the age limit was for kids not being accompanied by adult or escorted by young adults. But there was a group of youngsters that were not accompanied by adults at the pool. The pool and whirlpool were nice. The breakfast was amazing.

The noise outside (road, highway, general activity) led to some difficulty sleeping. Could have just been the location of our room.

The only thing that bugged me was the fly that was our roommate for the 5 days there. I couldn't get it to leave the room!

The room was clean and comfortable, and it was relatively quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. The pool hours are awesome. The location is close to lots of good places to eat and shop. Let's not forget all those delicious cookies they bake daily for guests to enjoy!

The smell

I stay there often and sometimes the rooms are not as clean as I feel they should be. They are not bad enough to keep us from staying here. They don't have bugs and that's my main concern 😊

The staff is exceptional, very friendly and all about seeing that your needs are met 😊. Breakfast is good. We love the pool area because my daughter can swim and I can watch her from the hot tub, Bonus!

Pet friendly hotel that smells like a pet when it is raining. One of the guests was in the breakfast line with a dog in one arm and scooping eggs with the other free arm. Lost my appetite.

I had no problem withe property, we were literally there to just sleep for a few hours. We booked at 12:43 am, arrived at 2:00 am and Booking never sent the reservation, the night auditor on duty called Booking.com multiple times and was unable to get any assistance and then Booking.com just up and cancelled the reservation but sent an email saying the property cancelled it! BULL! We were still able to get a room but now it was 3:00am and we were forced to pay a higher rate. I recommend the Country Inn and Suites Hotel in Rossford, OH but not Booking.com.

The property was fine, however the breakfast hours could have gone later.

The lobby seemed new but the rooms are dated and need some improvements. The surface of the tub was chipping and the furniture has seen better days. Beds were okay. But, for the most part everything felt clean and as I said, for $95/night this was a great option at that price point. Breakfast was limited but available.

We only needed to stay here one night on a road trip to Chicago. It was late, so we chose this because we barely had to leave the thruway to get to it. It is the definition of 'you get what you pay for' but that was totally fine for our quick stop. We arrived around 10 and they tried to accommodate a slightly larger room for us and our three kids, but what we ended up in was fine.
