Pools were nice, rooms were adequate, staff was helpful & pleasant. Nice little spotn on an otherwise tedious trip moving my daughter home. Week stayed almost a week. It was very quiet even though they had construction going on.

There should be more elevators bc stairs suck going three flights up. that you can’t pay with none of the money apps just a actual bank card which is were free

Both TV’s and internet quit working after one day ( I stayed 3 days). Got the run around by the manager but finally got repairman to show up but they never got it working. Room was recently remodeled (phases are being remodeled) and was nice although old bathroom door was not replaced and was in bad shape. Small kitchen was nice but no utensils or cookware provided.

The air conditioner made a very loud noise all night, so we didn't get much sleep and while we were sitting on the couch, a big cockroach came out of it and almost ran on my husband.

Surprise deposit before check in, no kitchenette like site states, pretty sure there was a hooker in room by elevator, exposed wires by TV in living area. Scuffed walls. Bathroom door is broken and in bad shape. Couch in living area is stained and looks dirty

I had to be moved to 3 different rooms before the last was acceptable. Whem.we pulled out the sofa bed it had frys, used tissue and a bag of skittle went everywhere. Then the Ac wasn't working well at all. In the second room, the tvs didn't work, and AC wasn't working well. The 3rd room was great, everything worked, and the bed was comfortable.

We arrived around 4AM to check in, but were told that check-in was no longer possible—even though we were never informed of any specific check-in time beforehand, and there was no mention of it in the booking details. As a result, we couldn’t sleep at all and ended up losing our money. This has never happened to me before. If you’re just looking for a cheap place to rest for a few hours, I strongly suggest you avoid this place.

Stayed here numerous times over their remodel but this room was gross. Paint over dirty old doors and walls and they had no soap or anything in the rooms to wash up with

I didn’t like seeing a family being evicted as we pulled up to park. They had two dogs barking loudly and the people yelling at one another. I almost left because it made me feel unsafe. Then when I checked my room there wasn’t a couch in there like it had stated when I booked it on Booking.com there wasn’t just two chairs. Then it took awhile for them to find a room to accommodate me.

The morning staff and the cleaniness of the room was nasty dirty and the room was full of holes TV didn't work etc

The room was half updated the front office staff were short and snippy, we asked to have some one fix the outlets in the room waited in the room for an hour after being told they will be by in 20 minutes and no ever showed up we were there for two days and two nights.
