The bed was a little too firm for my back. The tub was surprisingly smaller for it being a suite. The breakfast biscuits were a little damp. As someone who's worked as a night audit for a hotel I know the struggle of how hard it is to keep up with all that. So either way your hotel is beautiful and if I ever go through there I'll be staying there again.

I loved the tall ceilings. The hotel lobby and breakfast area were very beautiful. The clerks were very kind. The clerk I got was new and she did a fantastic job explaining the facilities and rules. Give her a raise. The pool looked very nice but I didn't get to enjoy it. Too busy with family. Would definitely recommend the suite to anyone who stays there. If I visit Pflugerville again, I'll book there again.

The room was overall nice. But I had issues. At check in they gave me a suite with no 2nd tv in the living area. I requested a different room. That room had real cable in living room tv but not the same in bedroom tv. The tv remote in room was dirty. The toilet flusher was barely hanging on for flushes. The bed had metal pieces hanging off that hurt my ankles. Overall it was a good stay. I believe they need better more efficient cleaning of smaller items and they need to pay attn to detail. The breakfast was fine. Nothing fancy but options available. They need a non pork option for breakfast.

Good location. Many things around to eat drink and be merry.

I know the hotel has no control over what guests do but one night my family and I were exiting the elevator and all you could smell was marijuana. Another time while we were going out for the day, there was some kind of domestic disturbance going on. Not particularly family appropriate.

the room was ok, carpet needs a steam clean, there are some repairs that need to be done. There was a dip in the floor in front of the bed by the AC unit.

The staff was pleasant...We had plumbing issues in our room and they didn't hesitate to put us in another room and I was grateful for that and the rooms were clean... Thank you and I would definitely come stay again!!!

There is an area rug in the dining area with an upturned corner, that will be an accident for any little or big person. It truly needs to be addressed soon.

The floor my room was on smelled like weed. Killed a couple of bugs on the floor by the bathroom sink and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night with little to no explanation of what happened.

The room layout was nice but the sofa bed was extremely dirty to the point I had to wipe it down myself and cloth was filthy. Room ac wasn’t cold. Room had a moldy, stale order that didn’t go away. Microwave was dirty. Restroom could have been better cleaned/detailed. One picture frame was broken reported it right away to William.

The first day our restroom door handle fell off and it took three days to fix, the shower handle was almost falling off but we managed. The couch bed was dirty and unusable. The pool was extremely dirty. The location was good.

The room needs more lights or fix the lamp , the bath in the bathroom was with some spots and cracking . They need to put more toilet paper. We closed the drawers in the room and one of them opened on its own.

Apparently not enough staff. Requested towels and didn’t get any. I had to personally go to front desk area to get them because my room only had 1 set of towels. The pool was not open when I arrived and I was told that it would be the next day. The furniture in the suite was badly stained.
