The bathroom was a little dirty. The mirror by the bathroom looked like it had something smeared on it. And when we first got to the room and went in the bathroom. We found a pair of pasties or foam breast pads in the bathroom. Other than that good

the hot tub jets were non functional, this is a large part of why we get a pool side room so we can use the jets to soothe our aches and pains. Sadly it wasn't working this trip, we notified the front desk and maintenance never got it working. The front room TV the remote would not work at all, one of the lamps has a bulb out also.

On my last day, I went to my room after breakfast to get ready to sit by the pool and my room key didn't work! I went to the front desk where I was told my keys had "expired" 😳 At 8am?? With all my things still in the room?? Thankfully the person working at the desk made me a new set of keys. Also on the last morning, I received a text from the hotel informing me that checkout was at noon. I responded with a text saying "I have late checkout at 2pm". He or she answered with "We don't grant late checkout on Sundays so I'm not sure who did that but I'll give it to you this one time but the latest we can go is 1pm and it's $40 that I can't waive". I told them that the front desk person on my first day there ok'd it and told me it was $20, then signed me up for the 2pm shuttle to the airport.(My flight wasn't till 530pm). They said they would "go along" with that but I shouldn't have been granted late checkout. Ok, Ok...got it. A little more staff training and understanding might be beneficial here. Just a minor snafu but it left me feeling "guilty" for checking out late and possibly causing issues for the staff.

The room wasn't that clean, there was popcorn on the floor, in the front room, the pillows are too small. The TV in the bedroom turned on but had no signal.

When I went to check in there was someone else waiting at the front desk, and no attendant there. I rang the bell and it still took a few minutes. The room was mostly clean, you can tell the cleaning staff is shorter as there was red spots on the wall near the ceiling. The TV remote will not turn it on or off, you had to use the TV buttons. We loved the bed in this room it was so comfortable. It was a way too short get away from the kids. We try to make it monthly to reconnect and this is our usual location.

The lights n room kept coming on during night. The TV were to small for when lying n bed you couldn't see it if your laying down definitely to small. Toilet seat was coming off n we had to call maintenance couldn't get TV to work took him a bit to fix but very friendly. Was a little pricey.

The staff was very pleasant n helpful. Outside pool area very nice. Shuttle service was very nice. Beds definitely comfortable n pillows.

No supplies with the kitchen sink unit except dish detergent...no sponge, towel/roll of paper towels. The shuttle service starts at 6 AM -11 PM for the airport. Our flight was at 7 AM at Phoenix Gateway. Decided to take the 11 PM shuttle and stay overnight at the airport. Got in shuttle only to find out they only go to the Mesa/Phoenix airport. No one mentioned that when I made the shuttle reservation that they don't go to Gateway! Fortunately, the shuttle driver called another employee, Tiffany, and asked if she would take us. She was a life saver!!! Drove us to the airport and even gave us hugs while dropping us off! We are in our 80's...she turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one. Thankful for Tiffany!

The Country Inn was very nice. Clean, the suite was large, had a refrigerator and sink unit. TV's in livingroom and bedroom. King size bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast area, clean. Tiffany & Chris kept it fully stocked, & cleaned. Shuttle bus will take you to stores, etc. In a 5 mile radius. Chris drove me to Target and picked me up in an hour...needed supplies for our 8 day stay.

We were told on check in that w would only receive cleaning services every three days. We ere there 4; had to seek out our own towels & ran out of toiletry supplies hotel offered. Which was not a huge problem. The big issue was that they offered zero service & didn’t even empty the garbage can which as everyone knows are too small to begin with.

One of our doors was hard to enter. Our thermostat didn’t work . There were two pieces of equipment that didn’t work in the gym.

The pool and hot tu. Were clean and warm. The breakfast was nice . Loved the cookies at check in. Grateful for the shuttle .

The first night every time we stepped into the hallway and the entry area it smelled like smoke, like some one had just had a smoke break didn't air out and ran back inside and breathed out all the smoke they had just inhaled. I am allergic to it and have breathing problems. When pulling back the bed sheets I found a bug. It may have been just a small fly but we couldn't tell as I killed it as soon as I found it. I didn't find any more in the bed. The pillows are tiny in the bed, you have to be kidding, they are square. The ones before where regular sized. We use kind sized pillows at home, and usually bring them with us on trips.

the location is great, the room is nice. The hot tub was nice, the pool could have been warmer. Breakfast was good, but I wish there were more protein choices, as a diabetic I have to limit the carbs.

The Wifi was a bit slow, and our TV didn't work. We don't watch TV, so it wasn't an issue.

There was hair in the tub and the flusher for the toilet was broken. Otherwise everything else was great!

During our stay it was so peacefully quiet that we slept wonderfully! The air conditioning was great and the room was very comfortable.
