Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe door bolt in our first room wouldn’t lock so we were moved next door. The room was very tired and in desperate need of a renovation. The carpet was disgustingly stained. The furniture was beat up. There were holes in the curtains. The bathroom sink was cracked. The tub faucet was reversed (cold was hot; hot was cold). The shower curtain needed to be replaced. The bathroom door was too tight to close.
The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. It was incomplete at 7:00 am when it was opening but the staff continued to get it ready. The coffee was good. It was close to the highway.

United StatesThe place was what I expected. This hotel tries to look modern, but it is not at all. The shower was absolutely an awful experience. The TV isnt updated so make sure you bring your Roku. No special amenities or even a pantry. Staff was what you would expect as well in this kind of establishment. I'll let that up to your imagination.
