We were in Room 300 of 4th of July week/weekend and our room had a slight but persistent sewage smell. Noticeable in the entryway and bathroom. But not the rest of the room. We thought it might be a dry drain, but after a couple days it was obviously not the problem. We didn’t complain as two days in and room packed for the week. I did let the facility know when we left, apologies were made and would have changed room for us.

Property overall was good, including the breakfast. Very convenient access.

the shower was not so great as the water pressure was low. Maybe just needs a better shower head with different settings. breakfast had no eggs which was very disappointing for us. I know they are high but so was the room for one night. in the king suites, make sure you get heavy curtains for the door the separate the room from the living area. oh, the wifi was buffering all night

the location was easy to find and there were a lot of shops and restaurants to choose from. the facilities were clean although we didn't get to use the pool. the best part was the employees who greeted me checking in, especially the lady checking me out. don't remember her name but her attitude and personality was the best I've ever seen at any hotel

Having stayed here a week ago we thought it would be great again but we found a strong smell in our room and top floor corridor which we think may have been a bug spray but no one could tell us. Not great if you are asthmatic and not happy that no one could tell us what it was. During our previous visit there was not this smell.

The outside was a little worn/ dirty looking, but nothing a power washer can't fix. The only thing that really dampened the experience was the pool being out of commission. Im not sure if I missed the notification on booking or the actual hotels website, but I would not have stayed if I had known.

The cost for a single night stay is outrageous. The hotels in the area have taken full advantage of college parents trying to come and visit their child. They know they can charge an exorbitant fee because there are no other options for a decent stay at a reasonable price. The hotel was great, but stop raising your prices because you have the market to do so. The amount I paid for this hotel was far too much for what it is worth.

The shower rod was angled out of the walls and at a slope that the shower curtain could not stay closed. It was open over 1 ft on each side making it cold and hard to shower. When receiving fresh towels, we had 3 sets, we would only receive 1 or 2 and would have to call again. Didn't get a floor mat replaced. So attention to detail could improve. Also, need fruit with the breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast area was very clean. Overall property was well kept and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Having a fridge in the room was key as well.

Staff very friendly and helpful..Fresh cookies at front desk upon arriving nice touch after driving with 3grandkids. Coffee served pretty much all day helpful..Stayed for 3 days noticed pool area ran out of clean towels..picked up several wet ones off the deck pretty wet at all times could be a hazard especially for this grandma..pillows way too soft not enough support, mattress decent..stayed over a long 3 day weekend wouldn't recommend with small kids. very loud the upstairs guest stomped on floor til 11pm ..didn't want to report anyone alot of unsupervised children/ teenagers being unruly/ obnoxious..Husband and grandchildren left the pool sooner then they wanted to..otherwise it was decent price..Breakfast was decent edible for being free..

My bathroom sink was missing a sink plug. Pillows weren't exceptionally comfortable. Barely enough tp as roll was mostly used when I checked in and there was no replacement roll in the room.

Good breakfast, liked how everything was individually wrapped. Very pleasant aesthetics in lobby and dining area. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Price was very reasonable.
