How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I only found 1 thing that would definitely be an improvement for me I don't understand why the bathroom doesn't have a ventilation fan. The water was so hot which is great but all the steam was overwhelming!!
Beds were very comfy, hot breakfast was great! All the staff that i encountered was very friendly also.. And the location was a big plus!

Honestly, no complaints. It's always so hard to point out the negatives, looking back on my stay, I feel that there was nothing bad about the stay that was out of my control. Things happen and the staff made it right :)
I truly enjoyed my stay here, very close to downtown and loved how close the place is to the mall/opry. Staff is kind and work hard to make sure you are doing well throughout your stay. Room was cozy, very quiet area. Breakfast was tasty and I can't complain. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I will be back!

There is no working bathroom vent when taking a shower. When the toilet was flushed, it made a screeching sound. It is not a convenient location when needing to go to a grocery store or shopping in general (most stores were 15-20 min away).
Spacious room, for 2 adults, with a queen size bed. Excellent shower pressure. AC worked perfectly. Big screen TV. Mcds 20 seconds away, Bob evans 20 seconds away, logans roadhouse 2 min away.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and everything looked well cared for. The breakfast was adequate. It was great to be able to arrange for a shuttle to take us downtown.

Had to do two loads of laundry but when I put quarters in they got stuck. Went downstairs to front desk who called maintenance person. He came in from another place. I told him problem told him would meet him in 3rd floor and he never came. I eventually was able to get washer started. The entrance to driveway is confusing since there is no sign on the Main Street to turn. We found a street that drove up to entrance by estimating which one.

We had a few maintenance issues that should have been taken care of previously, I.e. toilet seat cracked and pinching, carpet in front of the air conditioner very wet, refrigerator froze everything.
It was very close to where we needed to be each day. There were several restaurants within walking distance to the property. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Nothing really the hotel could use a updating. Floor in our bathroom waa dirty. Need better cleaning. Shower was not working well

The bed was worn out and very uncomfortable. Every time you moved, the bed was making loud noises waking my wife up.

The breakfast quality was mediocre—- chicken sausage, canned oranges, packaged muffins. The attendant did an excellent job of keeping the tables wiped off and the food available.
The beds and bedding were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch. The woman at reception during the day was very cheerful and helpful.
