The room smelled (I think it was the AC), never had proper maid service in the 4 nights I was there (trash was emptied and towels replaced only on the first day), breakfast was just okay and the whole place felt cheap.

Parking was great and always a well lit spot available. The room was big and quiet.

Rooms were in need of updates. I asked for close rooms. We were on the same floor, one at one end of the hallway, one at the middle. The pool had so many chemicals that our eyes were very irritated. The bathroom at the pool had not been cleaned. The floor in one other rooms was slanted.

The l location was perfect. The staff were very friendly.

Some of the visitors. My room didn't have workable ac. Sofa bed had dirty sheets.. Had to go to the front desk twice. So they moved us to another a room at 12am

I got a non smoking room. It smelled like pot. To me non smoking means no smoking of any kind. They tried to spray air freshener that didn’t work. We couldn’t switch rooms as the hotel was full. Stated breakfast was to be served but they don’t serve breakfast. Don’t advertise breakfast available if none is given. That’s one of the reasons I chose the hotel.

The carpet in the room was very off putting. It was older and severely stained.

The location itself is near plenty of dining options which is important to me because well I like food lol. The receptionist was very polite and kind. I also didn't feel unsafe while traveling alone as a single woman.

Smell, carpets were old and not clean in the elevator and hallways, the parking lot is small and the spaces are too tight, large svus parking take up a whole space and a few times i could barely get in my car.

Our comforter was dirty, the floor and bathroom had some stains and damage. The environment wasn’t the best. When checking out a staff member was yelling and cursing really loud, it was unprofessional behavior. Also, the wifi wasn’t the best either and some of the outlets didn’t work.

Wesley who helped check us in was really nice and funny. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable!

I had a suite and my front room tv didn’t work the lock on the door didn’t work so somebody had to walk me up to my room each time I left and the lights in living room area didn’t have bulbs .

Questionable people that seemed to living there were present. The showers should have doors vs curtains. Our bathroom ceiling looked as it had been painted as the light fixture still had blue painters tape all around it.

The carpets in this hotel are horribly filthy. I refused to put my bags on the floor. I tried to go swimming on Saturday evening and the pool area was freezing cold. I had my friends daughter with me and she got in anyway and after 30 min. her feet and hands were hurting badly from the freezing temperature. The thing is I purposedly booked a hotel with an indoor pool but did not get to enjoy getting in. The bathrooms were clean except the dead smooshed spider that was left on the wall and on my last day there was a cock roach crawling on the blanket that I just put on the floor. Not to mention there was no ice and I had to take the stairs because the elevator button was broken on the 1st floor. The man at the front desk when I checked in and out was super nice though.

Hotel was definitely old- amenities within the hallways etc. The elevator to the 3rd floor smelled like urine. The carpet needed to be replace; as well as the hallway carpet. There was a breakfast; but I thought there would have been more fruit options (only apples); bread options (no bagels); and the only meat option was sausage that was emursed in gravy. There was no bacon or link/patty sauage.
