The outside wasn’t very nice. There was trash as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. (One shoe I almost tripped on) someone arguing on the phone with someone very loud. The tv remote didnt work. Had to alert front desk. Still didnt work so alerted front desk again. (The inside was better than the outside)

There was no housekeeping.
Loved the location and that it was cheap. We had a last minute reservation and all of the other hotels on the strip were sold out. Very good location. Front desk was also really nice.

Long hair on the toilet looks like a dog ate the door frame. There was black stuff on the sheet. There was black stuff on the wall. There was paint peeling off the wall. The AC did not work with the crap there was no pool even though Google said there was

The beds were firm, made my hips and ribs sore, it needed cleaning around the bottom steps where the scrap roofing laid, a few more towels in room needed. Parking was hard to back up way to narrow. No pool or amienites.

There was no breakfast. Was there supposed to be? Surprised there was also no coffee maker in the room. The office had a keurig and a couple of small tables, but it was by no means a pleasant sitting area, crowded by boxes. The room was quite small but was clean and comfortable. The furniture was worn and the decor was scanty and thrown together, used and worn. The towels and sheets were a little dingy and some were stained, making it obvious we were in a three-star hotel at best. We were only there to shower and sleep. I would have wanted something nicer for a longer stay.
I thought I was booking a room at the Inn of Apple Valley. I jumped on that price without checking the address. That being said, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. No odors. Bare floors. We didn't use the heat or air. The little refrigerator worked better than most and made very little noise. The water was hot and the shower head was good.

The door to the room was ajar, but no one was inside and I assumed the maids just didn't make sure the door closed completely when they finished cleaning.
That I was able to book a one night stay that night when hadn't planned on having to stay overnight.

First room had a big jacuzzi tub by bed. The tub was filthy. Changed room and the women at desk explained that that tub no longer works. Women at the desk was pleasant and switched our room to better and cleaner accommodations. Bed sagged in the middle and sounded like it was breaking.

The room was too small, the furniture needed updating and the light at the bottom of the stairs was out. Way too expensive, even if it was a holiday weekend.

The breakfast was very poor. The milk was empty, the juice tasted watered down and they were out of waffle mix. The floor in the room ruined our socks, needed to be mopped.
I liked the peaceful view. Watching the sunset from the balcony and not hearing all the noise from the roadway.

They had two mattress covers on the bed but when I checked for bugs, like I do no matter where I stay, the mattress and box springs were stained. I didn’t find any bigs of any kind. I just wish they would update that beds. Also the room smelled musty and they didn’t have hair dryers in the room or any available from the office.
It was convenient and easy to get to and it was clean.

Bed needs updating in th King jacuzzi room. Lumpy. Had to sleep towards the middle. Had to ask for more towels and washcloths. Enough for one was in th room. TV is hard to find channels on. No TV guide. Remote control barely worked the TV. There was NO water coming out of the fixture for the jacuzzi tub. Appears broken and we paid for something that we could not use. Rooms need updatig.
Clean. Ok comfortable King bed. Cold fridge.
