United StatesHad a problem with the fridge, but it made lots of ice so we could keep our food cool. It had a few loud cars and motorcycles racing up and down the street, but I know that can't be helped. We would really have liked a clothes washer and dryer on the property, BUT I don't know where they could be installed.
All rooms in the house are spacious. There are NO neighbors close by, so it was very quiet. We only used the downstairs of the house, because there are only three of us. It had TV's and ROKU's in all bedrooms and a very large TV in the living area. There was cable TV, and WiFi with Netflix included. It had a very modern heating and air cond. system. The kitchen cabinets were filled with dishes, pots, and pans!

United Statesthe woman who checked me in. when I booked I asked for an early check in. I tried checking in at 12:30. when I’m traveling I like to get there around 12 so I can sleep. I was told it was $30 for an early check in. when I agreed to $20 she checked me in and gave me my room. it was ready. nothing had to be done to it. I don’t mind paying if they had to do stuff to get it ready but when it’s ready why do we have to pay. she was washing the floor when I came into the lobby and said then that check in was at 3. I told her I asked for an early check in. she said that’s $30. I told her I had another motel that I used and they accommodated me. she told me I was free to go to another motel if I wanted. I won’t ever stay there again and I could have used it every week of the year.

United StatesThe $50 charge for “incidentals”!!! This was NOT mentioned on the booking.com app.. If there are ANY extra charges, I will not stay there.. When I mentioned this to the desk person, she said it is stated on the super 8 website!! I use the booking.com app the reserve rooms, I’m not also going to some website to see if there are any more charges. All these charges are is an interest free loan!! This should be ILLEGAL!! Booking.com needs to do a better job showing hotels who want another payment on top of the cost of the room. The room also had a bad odor. I’m not sure what it was. The mini fridge was plugged in, but didn’t work, so no cold water in the morning.

United StatesThe satellite wasn't working. Call the front desk, and they came and looked at it. They unplugged it and plugged it back and left before making make sure it was working. It wasn't. I woke up at 6 a.m., and as I was getting ready to leave, the TV finally worked. When I told the front desk about this, I felt they were blaming me. Told me I should have called again. I feel they should have left until the problem was fixed.
