While on a busy road it was not noisy in our room. Place had few faults.

The location was very convenient to all the things we wanted to do in the area, it was clean and while a bit dated it was "cute". The owners were over the top friendly and helpful. The recommended things to do and great places to eat in the area. The pool was sparkling and the breakfast was tasty and did the job. Great place.

The mattress and pillows were not comfortable. A higher quality mattress and pillows would have made the stay much more pleasurable.

Having a kettle in the room would be good but we had free access to the breakfast room where we could heat water for a cup of tea!

Clean and functional. Also received a complimentary continental breakfast and glass of wine in the evening. Ideal location fir tour of New England. Short trip to find a good restaurant for an evening meal as suggested by the host.

Breakfast could have been a bit more plentiful. Email had asked if we planned to have breakfast which was scheduled for 8:30 to 10. We arrived at 8:45 and only one hard boiled egg left. We asked if any more available. At first they said no sorry, but later found one.

Staff very helpful in providing dinner recommendations. Location near Kent center, West Cornwall covered bridge, and Kent Falls State Park was very good. Room was cozy with two chairs.

Everything was really good- no complaints.

Very friendly Inn Keeper, very helpful in directing me where to dine and suggested I stop to see Kent Falls. Bed was comfortable and good water pressure in shower. Charming spot- wish I had more time to enjoy this beautiful Inn.

The air conditioning unit was very loud even on the lowest fan setting.

This old-school lodge had gorgeous landscaping and our room was very quiet, especially given it's proximity to the road. The bed was comfortable, though the sheets could have been softer. The room had a sitting area with two comfortable chairs. In the evenings we were invited to enjoy a glass of wine free of charge. The breakfast spread was lovely, with choices of local baked goods, cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, and fresh fruit.

We had the last room available - but were still comfortable. For us, the drive to Norfolk for the Yale Music Festival was a bit too long - especially late at night and in thunderstomrs.

Our door jammed up a lot so opening and closing it rocked the whole area. No biggie for us but felt badly for neighbors.

What a beautiful piece of land! We enjoyed some wine and dinner outside on the gorgeous hill next to our rooms. So Peaceful!

Warm and friendly reception to a lovely period inn. Breakfast was fine. Our hosts kept checking that every thing was OK and were personable to speak with. Easy parking. Bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, but I forgot to check the brand name. Slept like a baby.

The BEDS were OLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. They tried to gas-light me insisting the mattresses had just been replaced. Then changed their story when I questioned them. The room smelled old like an old boat smell.

It was in a good location to see family. I was offered a refund for the last night if I wanted to check out early, which I did. I could not sleep on that old mattress one more night.

Quaint atmosphere and nicely landscaped area. Quiet and comfortable. Nice pool and surrounding area and the breakfast room was very cute with a screened in area also.
