Pay everything on the resort

I had to call front desk for towel and it took 3 hour. But I had to go down to the front desk and get the towel myself.

The bathroom and the shower in the room was too small and uncomfortable to move around. The property is cashless and automatically includes gratuity, taxes, and a service fee on purchases.

It was on the ocean and the water areas on the property are nice for adults and children. Staff was friendly. The live entertainment on Monday evening was very enjoyable.

The only thing i didn't like was that on the day of my stay, my room didn't get clean .other than that everything was nice

rooms can be better chairs for beach need to be rented. starbucks charges way more ( surprised with implicit tips ), check your bill Indoor kids pools should be cleaned more frequently Resort must provide recycle bins in rooms and in common areas. Recycle more.

Everything that nature offered for free. The sun, earth (beach), water (the ocean) , sky, and wind. Sunrise from room, morning walks, afternoon dips in ocean, relaxing in pool in evenings, night walks in cool breeze feet soaked in warm water. Location was great, away from city, 20 mins walk to pier, and was less crowded compared to other beaches. ample parking, friendly staff, indoor hot pools, room service was nice.

I didn't like the small counter space in the bathroom and very little oceanview.

I enjoyed the oceanfront restaurant and the clean room.

The rooms kitchen/stove was dirty and greasy. The bathroom has no vent and was so moist from showering. The shower slowly drained so water filled tube during shower. I believe because the resort is a high turnover for rooms they are not deep cleaned. There was hair in the shower, and in the carpet. Might have to invest in stronger vaccums and high end cleaning products. I also didn't like that a fee was charged for every purchase which took away from tips because I'm not tipping someone twice. This may need to be re-evaluated. Also the Arcade....you pay, play, and they don't have any time of "prize" area at a minimum of resorts stress balls, resorts swag, drawstring backpack, bouncy balls, cars, little things kids would enjoy. Arcade not worth it at all. Bowling overly expensive....could be included in resorts fee...every time we went to Arcade that area was empty...Overall not Horrible but definitely areas to work on. (Please reach out if you want to brainstorm)

The location was great, the accommodations were nice, and the staff were pleasant. It was nice to have a restaurant on site, coffee shop, and Arcade. It was in walking distance to a few shops and that was convenient. We had an oceanfront room which was amazing.

For a “Resort Hotel” it states they have 10 restaurants in our opinion that’s not true. 1 only sold breakfast, 1 was just a bar (didn’t serve food) the 1 by the pool is a bar that they say serves food, but we didn’t see a food menu or where they would cook the food. The 1 we did see & eat at was good, but it only had fast food. So it’s very misleading and no real options. We also don’t consider a coffee shop a restaurant.

The bathroom door in our suite was damaged and when you closed it, it made a loud noise. The bowling alley was new but too expensive. It was empty every time I went by. I was told it was $17. A fair price would be $8 for kids and $12 for adults.

I liked the many polls and hot tubs. You never have to be overcrowded in them. The staff were constantly cleaning and responded every time we needed anything.

I booked three rooms, we were all on different floors, but mine in particular was damp and very moldy smelling. I got some room deodorizer, we didn’t complain because we didn’t want any issues. However, I have a very bad congested cough and so does the other rooms person who was in the room. The ac unit was leaking toward the end of our stay.

The amenities were the best for the kids, the hot tub was my fav, so many attractions near the resort it was great!
