Beds were a little subpar…hard/extra firm mattresses and relatively lifeless pillows. Like something I would’ve slept on in my broke college days.

Large and comfy space, felt like being at home while away from home. Walkable to downtown, shops and restaurants. Clean and tidy and quiet! Felt safe with parking directly outside.

The couch in the living room doesn’t pull out to a full length bed. It’s comfortable for watching TV but wouldn’t work for a full size adult as an overnight sleeping option.

The decor of the apartment is very well done. It feels very clean, and well put together.

The only thing I missed was a Keurig. They had a coffee pot with a bag of beans and a grinder but I'm not the best guesser at the amount needed for good coffee. Coffee shop right around the corner, problem solved.

The apartment is amazing. Great location, very clean and comfortable. No problem finding it, easy to get into, private. Definitely recommend.

A few slats in the blinds were missing. It was attached to the main house and cooking smells came through the area.

It was convenient. Very quiet neighborhood. 2 bedrooms were nice to have. Love having the convenience of a kitchen..even had an oven!

Sofa bed trundle section was apparently broken, missing a screw on arm, so did not pop up.

Very clean, beautiful kitchen, easy to use code to enter, lots of on-street parking as well as a parking spacce. We had tickets for a show at the Hult Center and it was very convenient.

Smelled strongly of marijuana the first two days of stay. Host helped us locate fans to air it out and it did smell better by the last day. It’s not the host’s fault if someone previous to us was smoking in there against the rules, but it was still unpleasant. Neighborhood is sketchy also, but very close to good food.

Very noisy people in the house next door , which has a shared wall. It did get better later into the night. They need to fix black out curtains in one of the bedrooms. They don’t close properly and don’t cover the window. Also could use another comforter in the second bedroom. In the winter it is cold in Eugene.

The pillows were a bit flimsy in the rose room and we would've liked heavier bedding for the cold weather. As a previous guest pointed out, motion-sensor light at the front door would be helpful, especially with the two steps to the door.

The location was excellent, close to everything. The instructions upon check-in were perfect as were instructions to the sofa bed, heater, etc. Our family had plenty of room to spread out. The amenities were wonderful such as the coffee maker/grinder and plenty of towels and dishware. The coffee beans provided were very fresh - definitely very thoughtful of the host. The unit was clean. We will definitely stay again!

Very clean and cozy! Perfect location close to the university. We went to tour two schools and this was exactly what we were looking and hoping for! Great proximity to downtown dining and shops as well.
