Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe parking is something that needs worked on- There's never a spot available in the main garage, too much circling around and around trying to find a spot.. there's a second parking garage across the street which is great and all but doing all the steps suck, an elevator is definitely needed.
First off the renovation in the Pinnacle bldg looks great! We love all the pools and nice to see they're kept up on, the many Jacuzzi's to choose from, restaurant right there is so convenient. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff there is always so kind!

United StatesThey have the stupidest way to unlock your door. It's a bracelet that was way to small for your wrist, and most times it took at least 5 minutes to finally unlock the door. As a smoker, I didn't like the fact you couldn't smoke out on the balcony.

United StatesWe arrived late with a tired family of 11, and while the first front desk agent was kind, the after-hours clerk was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. My Booking.com confirmation clearly showed I paid for 2 rooms, but I was only given one. She told me, “There’s nothing I can do since you didn’t book directly with us” and ignored me. I called Booking.com, and their agent patiently tried to help, but the hotel never answered the phone—even though I saw the clerk ignore it. Hours later, she finally admitted the issue was their mistake (misspelling my last name), but only after I spent over 2 hours stressed, calling, and waiting. Parking was another headache—limited spaces, no assigned spots, and even with two passes for two rooms, I often had to park on the street and walk 1–2 blocks. The one room we had showed signs of mold or green dirt on the walls, I found a large bug, and the rooms overall are old-fashioned and in desperate need of renovations. After my initial experience, I didn’t even bother reporting it, as I doubted anything would be done. Management needs to train staff on basic hospitality, communication, and problem-solving. A simple willingness to check the issue right away could have saved hours of frustration. For the price you pay, the ocean view is beautiful. The place is very big and has many activities to do no need to leave the hotel. The restaurant food on the second floor was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
